  • Doctors have suggested that 500 mg of sodium a day is enough.

  • Professor Franco Cappucio didn't seem to answer - look at salt or sodium. I assume it is the sodium though there is sodium in food that is not salt. I don't worry about it because I never add salt and typically don't eat much salty food (although once in very many months I'll go through a bag of chips). Adding salt in my food covers the taste of the food.

    I love these kinds of informative videos. Finding WarwickICAST was a great thing for me. Keep it up. Awesome site. Thanks.

  • @DiamondPaul2000 sodium that is not salt? you realize all sodium is salt. even potassium is a salt.
