I love this iOS version of this great game. Good graphics update, nice sound quality, great touch navigation. However, the only thing I liked about the NES version that was better was that whatever action (Magic or Attack) was previously set as a battle ends, your character gets that attribute/benefit. This made leveling up spells/weapons/stats much easier when you knew exactly who would end the fight and when. That's all gone in this one.
i want this game but i don't wanna get it until i beat the first one but it is pissing me off the game never tells you where your supposed to go or what to do I have been lost for at least 4 hours of gameplay now...I'm sure my characters are way overpowered but damn it is getting boring just running around fighting random enemies not knowing what I'm supposed to do.
@2020Yasmine you could check walkthroughs you know. Plus you should've expected that. It's Final Fantasy. They never tell you where you're supposed to go once they already told you so. If you forgot it, you forgot it. Unless you can retrace your steps and talk to the person you talked to before to gain some clues where to go.
Final Fantasy II is a very great game. I already have 17 hours of gameplay down and still haven't gotten to the Ultima Tome. I'm using a guide on Gamefaqs since it seems like you will get stuck without any help. I love the leveling up system in which grinding for HP is Sooo easy and I enjoy how many items like Armor and Spells you can get just by defeating enemies. the whole game is really fun and any RPG fan should play it.(unless you suck at RPGs. this one is pretty tough)
@PedoSaur Same as for FF2? Cause i got one guide on the iphone thats telling me to sail straight to dist BUT there is land in the way and ive tride to get around it but i can't
i have this on ipad2... it is epic!

@dialgamaster it's a bit more than 2.99, but it's at least 12 hours of Gameplay. Easily. If your good.

I wonder if it rlly does last u hours, cus I don't wanna waste 2.99 on a game that's not even long and that's worth it
