1 foundatios, it needs foundations, right?
2 hou do you prepair the eart (the mix)

I dug down to clay subsoil and packed by hand around sides. I then used wood forms and made a monolithic slab. My subsoil is strong and supports the heavy loads well. My dads house is 30 years old and has no footing at all. It's NOT on sand.
