  • amazing video!

  • Very sad

  • Very sad

  • The 23th of november 1991 was the last night of Freddie... I'm listening to this song and i'm really sad! R.I.P. my "Queen"! We'll never forget you!

  • 34 people need to say its not true

  • Brian May: 'Once you have the desire to be a rockstar it never leaves you'. Those were the days of our lives documentary. Legend!

  • It is time for WORLD EQUALITY.

  • Great song ..we have to change the world ... freedom and peace ann

  • 34 people who didn't like it - WHY?!?!?! O_o

  • That run at 2:38 is epic. It speaks on a higher level than words.

  • Queen can never be duplicated - all 4 wrote #1 songs - amazingly talented individually & together. Never again will there be that level of genius & perfection.

There also will never be another Freddie, but Adam Lambert has the voice to take up where Freddie left off & do things Freddie didn't live to do. Let's hope Adam creates a similar legacy by surrounding himself with gifted talent, as Freddie did.

Will there ever be anyone to replace Brian May? I doubt it.

    We still miss you Freddie.

  • LONG LIVE QUEEN!!!!!!

  • FUCK THE POPE!

  • found the news today even though it has been out for ages that queen and paul roggers have split up :(

i cant help thinking that if people had accepted it as a good thing they where together they would still be going and realse another album with more good songs on.

I personly think they where great not as good as the first band with Freddie but still great and it is a same they have split up.

  • I am awestruck...Beautifully done!

  • one of best, can`t say nothing more

  • I lost my dear sweet wonderfull brother to HIV please, everyone please be carefull and pray for all who have HIV, not all of them are homomsexuals, I miss you Brad!!

  • @onslokurgen1

im sorry to hear about the loss of your brother.. my condolences go to you and your family! i know i will be safe!

  • @onslokurgen1 I'm so sorry to hear this. I can't even imagine how tough it must be not having someone you love with you in your life anymore. I hope that wherever he is that he has found peace and watches over you and your family every day. Best wishes from a stranger and her family from the internet. <3

  • i would like to hear this song with Freddie's voice

  • I like this song surprisingly cause I prefer Freddie, but since Roger and Bri do vocals I enjoy it! :D I do give Paul kudos though!

  • i was in 05´ at their show, and it´s not paul who is singing this song, it is rodger taylor;)

  • He has a good voice for this song.

It's one of my favorites after Freddy's deing.

Bijou and love of my love are great songs after his death

    It makes me cry

  • if you want to help stop animal cruelty, please check out my guitar cover of die to live!

    every view counts!

    PLEASE HELP

  • What was it Freddie said? "The Show Must Go On"? How can the show go on if you guys keep calling for it to stop by chastising every singer that Brian and Roger choose to work with? Paul may not be Freddie but it's called Queen + PAUL RODGERS for a reason.

  • Paul is not trying to replace Freddy Mercury but to give a tribute to him.

This song is the best tribute they have ever done.

  • most rock band replace replace their vocalists if they decide to leave the band, and whats the whole point in this,as u can never replace a good vocalist with someone with less talent than them.

  • Freddie is really unique.

PR really does a good job in this song, but Freedie is unreachable.

  • This is Classic Queen.

  • Why is Paul Rodgers at Queen? The man is nothing compared to Freddie Mercury.

It would be even better if Brian and Roger go further alone with their two.

  • PR is one of the greats. The freddie worshipers are so biased against Rodgers they they cannot acknowledge his talent.

  • @GOODY61 no one is knocking Paul Rodgers. He has a great voice and does a brilliant job working along side Brian and Roger. This enables Queen fans worlwide to carry on listening to the great music they provide for their fan base. I have been fortunate to watch Freddie and Queen 18 times and will always admire him for the showman he was. it is true however, that he cannot be replaced and every Queen fan knows this but still enjoys what Paul Rodgers contributes to the band.

  • @MrShanks2010 I glad you appreciate PR but a healthy pct of Queen fans have knocked him continuously. I wished I had a dollar for everytime someone on the QPR forums has compared Rodgers to a washed-up pub singer which is complete nonsense.

  • to LocustIvy Roger is singing the begnning

  • The power of people, peace and music- changing the world one note at a time.

  • The wonders of science...the size if the crime.

Send Nell McCafferty to fight the illiterate Holy See for their lack of intrinsic humanity!

They'd find themselves in a battle of wits with this gramma and they'd arrive UNARMED.

  • i like this song nice gitar:) can you imagine this song with Fred??:))) numero ONE!!

  • Roger,Brian then Paul.

  • Isn't Roger singing in the beginning?

  • beautiful song! Paul is good, but I think Brian sings even better. I think he must sing more in the songs...

  • Your a fool if you really believe that.

  • AMAZING...

  • great song!

  • I love this song and this video is so alarming! I wish someone will find a cure. Enough people we love have gone! I know we can not make a big change by ourselves but if you all want to help doing one thing to fight against HIV so please do in your countries. Freddie I love you I wish we could say one day that your death was not vain!

  • queen is great but no matter what or what ever song comes out freddie will never be forgotten. it just wont happen Not in a million years

  • Beautiful song but just can't help thinking of Freddie

  • What a great song-and a good video too. One day!

  • Brian is just a fantastic guitarists!

  • Paul Rodgers is one of the top male vocalists of all time but he's too over-the-top here. Gettin' primed for a Bad Company reunion tour.

  • é lindaaa!!!

  • THIS is a Queen song, NO DOUBT! The thing is, the Cosmos Rocks Album has none of the epic feel that this song has. Too bad. Obviously, Paul can do it...so why not do it?

  • @Anjohl i felt the same way-this song is amazing. all the melodies and harmonies. its just what i expected from them but then the rest of the album seems to lack all of that which is a pity. i think people expected the queen sound with "queen" being in the bands name meaning keychanges harmonies and all that. actually im suprised brian may didnt step up and do something really artistic like from their early days & get roy thomas baker back to produce and everything! that would have been immense!

  • @Anjohl i went to go see that concert at the wembley arena FAB!

  • @Anjohl I kinda think they didn't want to emulate what Queen used to be. They fully know that without John and Freddie the magic isn't there 100%. They were all major contributors to the albums and 50% of that magic is not pressent here. While I'm writting this I wonder how many songs did John write after freddies death and never showed the public. We can't honestly believe that he doesn't write just because he's retired. Those songs are probably epic.

  • What can I say about the boys who got me through so many down-times. You will always be my brothers, when Freddie died, one of my brothers died and it took my a few weeks to get over it. I'VE NEVER FELT THAT WAY.

  • beutifull number alon this not Queen ,Queen is love loev love this is so

    2008 :S

i love this song r.i.p freddie mercury :(

  • this song is so awesome GREAT GREAT GREAT!

  • What annoys me is on the new album "The Cosmos Rocks" there are hardly any guitar solos, i mean come on that is what brian is made for.

  • For those who say that It's not Queen, because of someone new singing, i want to ask if ACDC should not exist, because of their singer Bon Scott is dead in 1980....

  • Although it's about the sorrow and grief that aids causes, this song relates basically to any damned disease that takes human lives. Great song, i dedicate this to my late son, who never got the chance to listen to it........

  • My thoughts of support are extended to you ..

  • queen have gon into politics i didnt no this video looks like round were i live.hope the make a difrence.

  • :'( it's so byutefull!! i can't believe! :'(

Say it's not true Say it's not real!

  • i think george micheal is also worthy to sing freddie's songs

  • I disagree ... George Michael is a good singer, but Paul Rodgers has a better voice for singing Queens songs. But of corse, he's not Freddies voice. I think, that with Queen should sing Gary Cherone from Extreme and Van Halen. He has better high rock voice.

  • Train wreck? I think you are mistaken. John Deacon has retired from the music industry and wishes nothing to do with the remaining members of Queen. And as for address your "train wreck" comment. Queen is one of the few bands to keep their personal affairs just that personal.

  • Pussycatfeathers,

I just have 2 agree with u. I honestly believe it's out of ignorance that people keep comparing Paul's voice with Freddie's & what they fail to see is that Paul's not trying 2 replace Freddie, he is simply being himself. People also fail 2 see how his voice blends with the music in a very original, powerful way. Is it different than Freddie's? Sure it is, but this is the point! The sad thing they fail 2 see is The Queen do have 2 go on musically & Paul's the best choice 4 this.

  • does anyone slse fell that despite paul rodgers being an awesome singer his voice is almost to strong for this song and should arguably be just roger taylor and brain may.

or even just roger taylor i dont mind!

  • I actually agree with you. When I first listened to the song, I was very impressed with hearing Roger, then Brian, then the two of them together. Paul is an exceptional and powerful singer, but I think he's a little TOO powerful for a song like this. You can hear how the song changes when he first starts to sing.

  • Beautiful song

  • Epic! Great song! must better than the origunal acustic version.

  • Preciosa la canción, os imagináis esta canción cantada por Freddie?...

  • This is a really good song.

And i think that Paul is doing a very good work, ofcourse that he´s not Freddie (RIP) but i don´t think he wants to replace him, only is trying to continue what Freddie would have done if he was here with us.

  • Thank you man everyone is going PAUL RODGERS IS A MEDIOCRE SINGER HE CANT REPLACE FREDIE

  • anyone who says paul rodgers is a mediocre singer is simply idiotic, hes one of the best singers around and has been since round about 1974 or so!!! some people just have no idea what theyre talking about and spout such rubbish because they cant accept a new singer with queen.....sad!!

  • THANKS FOR COME BACK!!!!!!!!

  • can you imagine freddie sinning this song??amazing pheraps...

  • yes it would have been a great song for him just like too mutch love will kill you hes a far better singer than those guy's

  • If Freddie was still with us (RIP), this song maybe wouldn't exist ! It's only after his death that the other Queen members did so much against HIV ! But if Freddie had sung that song, it would have been so beautiful, much better than Paul Rodgers.

  • How good is that guitar solo?!

    WOW.

Brian and Roger's voices in the second chorus just goes together so well. Then Paul comes in towards the end and just sings his heart out.

    Brilliant song.

  • Queen was with freddie..... But at least Roger and Brian do what they want..

  • Freddies voice wos amazing!

  • eh Queen without Mercury is not Queen and .

  • It's not Queen + Paul Rodgers, it's Queen - Freddie Mercury

  • I don´t hear difference, where sing Brian. So beautiful song

  • Epic! Great song!

  • Roger's voice makes me cry...

  • intense....not suprised its this good because queen is the arist

  • OMG!!!! This should be the next "Imagine" type of song, this song had powerfull lyrics!!! i think it should be recognized in times like this!!! Way to go Roger!!!

  • This video is a must watch! please click the play button and give silence and listen! Please support beautiful angels!

  • This is beautiful! I dont know but I AM just thankful to have health! I really am! I love Freddie forever! I want to say that it is not true... I really love this vid...This is a good theme song to start a wonderful program! support grow learn and teach! 46664! You guys are angels! God bless each and everyone of you! Kisses

    Johnnie!

  • Meravigliosa

  • Is this Roger Taylor singing or Paul Rodgers?

  • they all sing but the first verse is sung by taylor indeed

  • Roger, Brian and Paul all sing. First Roger, then brian and then paul

  • I love this song-but i cant listen to it without cryin.

it was played at a very good friend of mines funeral. And it said exactly how he had felt

    Beautiful song.

  • DAMN, it's good!

  • I always found it strange Nelson's # was 46664...."

  • taylors voice is fantastic. sounds alot like mccartney.. what a beautiful song. long live queen

  • i adore roger taylor's voice :)

  • Best song on the new album.

  • Probably one of the best songs on the new album. And this is the one that we've all known about for a year.

  • questa si ke è musika kome si deve freddie i still love you

  • Made me cry as I saw it today [2]

"Me faz chorar quando eu vejo isso todo dia"

  • me too

  • brian, roger, john......you made a kind of real magic come true. queen lives on through you. in the end, we'll all meet Queen at the heavenly concert.

  • This is music.

  • Made me cry as I saw it today...

  • Freddie Mercury was soo much better than Paul Rodgers

  • I'd rather say so much different. Paul is really good and he's got his own style which seems to be compatible with Queen.

  • its not a question of better or worse! they are both fantastic in thier own right, its an insult to paul to say such things and its only really a matter of personal taste isnt it.

  • beautiful...and sad:(

    R.I.P. dear Freddie<33 it's been 17 years :'(

  • you gives us hope in a hopeless situation thanks freddie for all support .......

    QUEEN ROCKS

    a fan FROM holland

  • Poignant song! Queen forever! :')

    RIP Freddie 17 years :)

  • yes its all bout hiv aids thats wot there into at the moment cos frd died ...

  • wot u mean into ''at the moment'' they've been into it since Freddie died

  • Respect from Holland!

  • This is beautiful message to the people, to make it this way... Thank you, Your Majesty QUEEN!

QUEEN performance in Latvia, Riga was unforgetable! Beautiful! :)

  • i agree with tvaughan807 hes a great singer and he'll bring something different to queen

  • Can you somebody tell me the full story of background of this videoclip? I saw Mandela, etc... Thanks

  • its about someone getting a letter and discovering they have aids and how they feel

  • amazing ... this show us like it is not important what are you doing where you live etc. live is to help another ...

  • wow...that gave me shivers...this is an awesome song!

  • i completely agree with you tvaughan807 , paul is a ledgend in himself and im a big fan, im also a huge fan of queen and the mix is perfect, ofcourse it isnt as good as freddie but they r two completely different people and they sound amazing, and paul is not far off what freddie was. there new stuff is amazing, ive just been to see them play and they were amazing, they dedicated the concert to freddie all the way through and paul doesnt try to be freddie. i love them to bits. they r gods !!

  • I really couldn't have put that better myself.

I saw them at Cardiff and it was just incredible, Paul is a great front-man and I can't think of anyone else I would rather see performing with Queen.

    R.I.P Freddie

  • i just went to see them in cardiff aswell. it was fantastic wasnt it.

i think paul is the best person for the job.

    R.I.P freddie. <3

  • George Michael! ;-)

  • Yes, you're completly right... they're two different singers, and Paul isn't trying to be freddie at all.

  • really really really good song,,, u know i wish ppl wud stop sayin paul rodgers is crap compared to freddyy....

hes not freddy and he isnt trying to be freddy

completly different sound theband has now!!

    i love it!"

  • Thank you colinanshell for this great share!

I've attached my Care for Aids video to this one as well!

My son has worked for the Care for Aids Org and went to Kenya for a month this year to work in a clinic there .

  • Por fin en Argentina mi querido Queen... se và extrañar demasiado a Freddie...

    Ready Roger & Brian ?

    Welcome to Argentina !!!

  • GOD SAVE THE QUEEN

  • Queen was a lot better with Freddie Mercury than now with Paul Rodgers.

  • You can't compare Freddie and Paul, they are two completely different singers with different styles, and they are both brilliant in their own rights.

  • I agree!!!

  • What a real good song :)

  • there is not simply Queen, is Q+Pr.

  • Fantastic song

  • a beautiful and heartwrenching song

  • Saw them at the NIA in Birmingham today - absolutely fantastic!

  • check out the sas band it is formed by spike edney and features some of the best musicians in the world

  • Even with closed eyes I can recognize guitar of Brian May! Long Live The QUEEN!!!Well done, guys!

  • Well what can i say,the album and song is fine but this aint queen anymore.First of all Freddie died..(Got bless this mighty man)and Dikans left too,so they should rename the grp alteast then.Although song is fine

  • I agree

Saw Queen live this week. Although they were good, Im finding it hard to adjust to Paul as singer. I guess Freddys boots are very big. Saying that, this is a loveley song and I do respect Paul as an artist in his own right

  • saw queen at the o2 last night this song is just as good live, paul is doing a fantastic job :D

  • I saw them there last night too! I loved this song and never heard it until last night thought it was great thats why i searched for it! :D

  • its nice to see that with this video people appreciate the new work of paul and queen

  • tres bon

  • Oh god...

those eyes are so unerving. the poor child probably hasnt had a full meal in days =(

peace corps, red cross, unicef anyone?

seriously guys consider jobs in those categories.

  • This is the best song on the new album. Amazing.. love it!

  • Queen live on.

    Amazing song.

  • Nobody can beat Greddie Mercury, but Paul Rodgers is amazing! Beautiful song.

  • its sounds more like something betweem coldplay, iron maiden, bon jovi & queen... but its still a good song

  • no u

  • That's an amazing song. Imagine Freddie doing co-lead vocals with Paul. Oh, well. Paul's awesome too. Definitely getting the album.

  • isint this rodger taylor singing?

  • sure, then Brian May and both sing the bridge ... when the song "explodes" Rodgers takes the lead one ... ace song

  • una stupenda canzone, che dice la dura e amara realtà del mondo....

    Freddie tu eri i Queen.

  • Wonderfull and powerfull song! Nothing more to say, just listen!

  • This is indeed a fantastic song, written by the finest rock band ever. Freddie is gone, he was the greatest...however, he was 1 part of Queen, and Roger and Brian have every right to rock on under the Queen banner, its a pity John has chucked it, but thats up to him, and he has earned that right. Payl Rodgers is a fantastic chanter, and I am so glad he has teamed up with Roger and Brian. The new album is superb, and this song, with all 3 contributing is spine-tingling. Long live Queen + Paul

  • I couldn't agree more with you, Borapchap. Queen changed my life, Freddie inspired me to sing and play the piano and May inspired me to play the guitar. Hearing that fucking Red' of his sing another beautiful solo is so much more than any Queen fan could ask for. I know, Paul will never replace Freddie. But hearing Brian and Roger, along with a great singer, who better than the face of Bad Company? Anyone who bitches about it being shit minus freddie isn't a Queen fan. Period.

    xxx

  • I love this song! Queen never die!

  • Don't compare this to the old-skool Queen. Look at this as a fresh project. It's unfair to judge Queen on the merits of the past. Fair play to em, I say.
