I like the way you have set up so many functions on your tx. I have a DX5e and the biggest problem I have is range. How far can you fly with your DX6i without any problems?
I don,t think you left space for the ailerons to move. When you move the stick to max position I can see the ailerons warp and hear the servos buzz! Did you cut space for movement? Check out how I did it -ERBALITE
By Spectrum is this very simple. For DX6i there are actual two mix available:) That is good for large plane. I will test soon after come new BF-109 from CMP:) Wingspam 1.8 m (9 servos).
I have 2 easystars and i want to upgrade to ailerons too..How much lenght and wide do you cut you wing to get a perfect balanse?? I have a FPV set that i use but i want ailrons to get a smoother flight,
i have made some compromise that the plane reactions are still quick and i don't need aditional carbon tube reinforcement. 300 x 35 - 30 and from body is 130 mm.
I have cut only the edges but the main edge (lenght) is still in one piece with the wing. I have only formed with a little warm the main edge from both sides. Important is that you must make the connection between servo and aileron tough(wire 1 mm).
is that the stock motor or a brush less one?

how did u program the airbrake to the gear switch?
is it a mix of flap and aileron?
