you forgot to mention you can also do them on your knees, there are plenty of people who cant even do a pushup, never mind doing the standard version of this triceps exercise, which is roughly the same load as regular pushup, but harder since a single joint movement. just giving you a heads up man. do you do shoulder and bicep body weight exercise?like handstand push ups/body curls?
