This is ridiculous, this "sport" is made up of pure chance. As even the founders said "anyone can walk in off the street and compete at the highest level". You might as well give prize money away for calling a coin toss heads or tails.

you cant say its just made up of pure chance. If you yourself plays this, your thinking of what your opponent might use (rock,paper or scissor) so your gonna think of what you'll use to be able to beat what he/she might use. i think its kinda mental. And what the guy was talking about -"anyone can walk in off the street and compete at the highest level"- is that anyone knows the game, so anyone can play, and literally anyone can join the tournament.

im not a fan or anything, i just saw this vid while surfing. it just made me smile, i never thought that they actually made a tournament for this. its kinda funny, but its kinda cool though.
