  • Don't fear of yourself and accept who you are.

  • Why The Hell did micheal hall choose this role. He's DEXTER for god's sake!!!!!

  • @g1997able Aren't you glad that he chose this role? That it is so much different from his Dexter role only proves just how good of an actor he is. :))

  • @g1997able He had this role BEFORE Dexter. He chose this one before Dexter even existed. Do your research. And don't you know what the hell an actor is? They don't just play one role their whole life, they play many.

  • He is actually married to the step sister from Dexter. Deborah. Weird huh, but still cute if you look at the actors and not the characters

  • @OhemgeeItsDerek She's actually Dexter's foster sister and they're going through a divorce now :/

  • Harry would kick this dads ASS!

  • Can anyone tell me what happens to David and Keith in the last season?

  • David vs. Dexter

  • @ThatsWhatSheSaid0012 David.Hands down

  • Sometimes we are our own worst enemies.

  • Saying that Six Feet Under is alluding to Dexter is like saying Madonna copied off of Lady Gaga. Wiki that shit before you speak.

  • Im pretty sure he's gay, might explain the whole BEING WITH KEITH thing.

  • Nate is just sitting there....broke my heart

  • Dexter Reference or WHAT! sort of

  • @legendary7708 Nah, I think that the entire Dexter series is constantly making references to Six Feet Under! ;)

  • Brilliant!

  • Richard Jenkins?

  • can someone explain this ending for me please? is he gay or not?

  • @billuvill no, i dont believe so. he had a wife but you never know lol

  • @billuvill YESSSSS

  • If anyone is wondering the face with huge fangs. That's a sabretooth cat's skull. In this scene David Fisher is having a nightmare caused by PTSD.

  • What the fuck is this?

  • @BorryDutch a scene from arguably the greatest television show ever.

  • I love this show.

  • He's sooo hooooot

  • Wooooou! I love this video, I want to make a remake of it!!!! Amazing

  • Wooooou! I love this video, I want to make a remake of it!!!! Amazing

  • holy cow...dexter vs david! now that's true definition to role conflict....The stress of an actor :)

  • I loved the development in Nate and David's relationship, like at first they hardley knew each other but then came to love each other so much :'( I love this show!

  • ahhhh, the way he hugs himslef: so scared, so loving... we should all learn to do the same.

  • he´s a great actor, straight and married

  • In fifth season he is way hotter. Love the scene.

  • six feet under = pure art

  • This scene is somewhat a resemblance to Dexter and his Dark Passenger. David tries to accept his demons, while Dexter tries to control his demon. The whole Father/Son relationship is very similar in both shows too.

  • thank fuck hes straight

  • fuckn scary! and its ironic that his next role is the monster with a knife! : )

  • @fallenepitaph

lol I know I paused it at the moment when he was baring the knife at himself and I was like, whoa, foreshadow to Dexter much :D

  • one of the most powerful moments of this stunning show... love it

  • aahhw!

  • Peter Krause has a beautiful smile.

    I so miss SFU.... :(

  • Great scene. Michael C. Hall's acting only got better in the last season. He really potrayed a man crumbling under his own emotions over his personal tragedies. Watching him having a panic attack in the car before burying Nate was very convincing. He really shined throughout the whole show.

  • i really love this scene!M.C.Hall deserves an Emmy!!!

  • I actually miss the Fishers!

It's more than a TV show.

  • Nate and David are thought-provoking but Richard Jenkins is the force that pulls along the supernatural 'death' aspect of SFU. No one else is suitable for his role.

"You hang onto your pain like it means something, like it's worth something. Well let me tell ya, it's not worth shit. Let it go. Infinite possibilities and all he can do is whine."

"Well what am I supposed to do?"

"What do you think? You can do anything you lucky bastard, you're alive! What's a little pain compared to that?"

  • Richard Jenkins is so awesome!!!

  • Six Feet is so amazing cause we could all relate to it. It was humans struggling with themselves. I donno what I'm saying I'm a retard

  • I saw dexter in his eyes at 1:38

  • I absolutely love SFU! It has helped me partly get over my repulsion for "Americans"!

  • not all of us are that bad...some of us ARE free thinkers believe it or not.

  • The thing about America is, as Leonard Cohen said, it's the home of the best and the worst of everything. it's so easy to just see the bad (mass obesity, corrupt empire building government, a resect class devision), that some people forget the good. America has produced some of the best art of our time, from music to film. some of the greatest tv shows ever come from America (SFU, The Sopranos, The Wire arrested development and so many more). you have to see both sides of the coin.

  • This show could do more with a look and a smile than most shows try with tons of $ and fx.

  • I Love SFU what an intelligent thought provoking show this was. Why do all the good things come to an end...

  • Season 5 on SFU was absolutely incredible. It's kinda fucked up to me that most of the people seeing clips from this show don't realize how great this show is and how David Fisher is a completely different character than Dexter.

  • This is the kind of thing you can't do in movies... you need the buildup of the previous 5 years, of 62 episodes to get to this point... the point of redemption and self-forgiveness. A defining scene.

  • Not that this contributes to the subject, but DAMN, Michael C. Hall has a gorgeous body. XD

  • Well someone should have had a V8 today. *smacks head*

  • This scene is so good. Michael C. Hall ftw.

  • is he actually gay?

  • He's actually an actor.

  • hahahaha

  • LOL

  • great response A++++++

  • lol no, he's not.

    :(

  • he's actually married to Jennifer Carpenter who plays the role of Debra in Dexter.

  • yes he is

  • Comment removed

  • So he is. I thought that he was still married to Amy Spanger.

  • @whootwhoot64 No, definitely not. He's married. (Has kids too I think?) I've seen him talk out of character in interviews and he's as straight as they come. It's just that he's a really good actor that takes his characters and his craft as an artist seriously.

  • @whootwhoot64 David Fisher is gay but MCH isn't as far as I know.

  • omg that was such a wierd scene but he is such a good actor Micheal is and this show was ace and now as Dexter Micheal is making a serial killer sexy he is just such a talented actor.

  • god this show was brilliant

  • Dexter!!!! w00t!

  • OMF thats DEXTER!!!!

  • David breaks my heart.

  • Man, I forgot how good this show is.

  • i love this show!!!!

  • fcuk me he's a good actor...

  • Nate's brief appearance proves that David has conquered his fears and his oppression has been extinguished. You can see the pride he has for his brother when he smiles. When he disappears, it kills me.

  • Aaw :)

  • This is seriously one of the best scenes in the entire show and David Fisher is one of the greatest characters ever created.

  • goddd what can i say about this scene its amazeing i cried the night season 5 ended i ran to my room and busted out crying this shows so good and NATE WAS there watching over his baby brother and helped him fight away that Demon NATE was still there watching over them there will always be life after DEATH I LOVE SIX FEET UNDER U Will NEVER BE FORGOTTEN!!!

  • The makers of this scene must be high, no way one can express the feeling of a nightmare turnin into something else so good. And Nate is da man.

  • I love it when they see their Dad...

    He cracks me up.

Either wearing a suit or a hawaiian shirt and fishing hat!

  • God, his father is such a creepy character. Not to mention, a great actor!

  • My favourite character in the entire series. :)

  • I just want to hold him :(

  • This really was the climax of David's story...

    Finally accepting himself...

Anf this vision of Nate by his side...

    Amazing

  • this is such a powerful, emotionally ravaging scene!

  • michael c hall is soooooo hott! yum!

  • SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSizzle.
