@joshrubineastwest do you think face maping is a good starting point to find out to do because i've been breaking out on my forhead .where before i would'nt at all .i was just woundering i you could give me some tips on this .
Josh - you mention increased estrogen levels as being potentially a factor - had my hormones checked and have stage 2 AF and high estriol and estradiol level outside optimum. Any recommendations for estrogen detox or to bring them back into appropriate range?
I eat a lot of muscle meat, no acne. I have pineapple quite often, no acne. If I reincorporate dairy into my diet (unless tiny amounts) I get acne, and we're talkin extremely inflamed. I am not discrediting your information Josh, but it seems like the tryptophan alone is not the problem for me. Although, it's regular 2% or whole milk from your average grocery store. Also, if I stay away from grain my digestion seems a lot better with it though, I guess that's healing villus?
@joshrubineastwest Well I thought I'd just state my individual experience. Dude, as of now, it'd seem very challenging not to eat meat, poultry ... the way I do. When someone takes out certain things from their diet that helps their face clear up from years of treacherous eruptions, it's sooo hard to even consider reincorporating because of the tremendous results of removal. But nevertheless, some of my favorite things have dairy, and life is too short not to indulge.
@rui27marne i got my kefir grains at local farm, but since raw milk is hard and expensive to obtain i have to buy organic milk from the food store, which still ferments fine. But if you have acne i would not drink any pasturized milk of any kind, unless you ferment it.
The best milk you can buy is grass fed raw goats milk. Raw grass fed cow milk is your second best option.
As far as experiences go (of me and other people on acne forums) people mostly seem to have a noticeable response if they also have a sensitive/allergy like response to it. If tests are done after that they show an allergy/sensitivity most of the time.
There are some though (not a lot) that have noticable breakouts from the insulinic effect. Those people also react very bad from sugar.
There is a very slim amount that has trouble digesting any animal product, if they try they will also get acne
I didnt know about this way dairy can affect acne. But there are more as far as I know. Like allergy/sensitivity that causes inflammation. Hormones in dairy (non organic). Or the strong insulinic effect it has (increased insulin leading to hyperkeratosis and increased sebum production).

You don't need to detox from it. It is a sign of blood sugar dysregulation.

about raw milk

i think kefir is good for you through, it heals the GI tract, reduces inflammation, and can help restore insulin sensitivity.
