I put cream eyeshadow on first (it can be a neutral color) then dab the loose glitter over the top. You can try that if you like. It leaves quite a bit of fallout though. As always, Miss Jessica leaves the others in the dust. She's the only one who applies makeup so clearly and explains so fully.
