It's alot harder than it looks to model. My last photoshoot I had trouble working my eyes and I could tell my photographer was getting frustrated. Gotta learn to work the eyes lol.

At 1:13 the lightning isn't good at all. You pose very well at all the photos, but the photographer makes the photos look rubbish because he/she takes a photo at a wrong angle.

This actually helps me a lot as my last photo shoot was just that. Me throwing out idea for the photographer because she didn't know what poses I should do. But the photo shoot and the results of the photos turned out very well and they want me again for another shoot then one more later on. YAY! <3 So thank you so much for this video.

those are good tips! You want to work together not wait for them to give you direction. As a photographer I can direct my models in any pose but I get the best photos when the model comes up with her own ideas that add to what I was looking for.

You are absolutely correct... good working relationship and comfort level between model and photog is a must. Learn to demonstrate and exploit your personal strengths in the poses... go with what is feeling "natural" and it will also appear so in the final images. IF you are uncomfortable, that also will show through... tell your shooter if you are uncomfortable and try something else. Play your favorite music while modeling, it can help... no packaged smiles... keep it real :}
