could you show me how to cook on a cedar plank for the bbq, that would make for a great video

When I linecooked in the restaurant we used maple wood boards soaked in cold water for brolied white fish. Cedar plank in the BBQ sounds interesting. Outdoor grilling videos could be a fun direction for the future postings.
