this is just politics!. i mean in India[rural/villages] people drink raw milk....i own a farm...we see wat they do...they healtier than people fro, the city...they are not diseased...they are stronger than the urban people...let there be guidelines or some simple rules or even regulation of this market of making unpasteurized milk cheese...of all the people the govt thinks Will is dumb...let them ban other ''unhealthy'' ''High risk'' foods like burgers,pizza too which cause obesity too!

You can't say:"Oh!French cheese are so good,perfect:smelly,tasty,with different textures!"and on the other hand say:"These cheese have to be sterilized because it is our law!".Or, if you say that, that means:

1-You have no taste if you don't find the difference between a sterilized and non sterilized cheese(or sterilized meal,generally)...

2-You really agree with the idea of a"sterilized" world,the same taste every were,the same smell everywere:INIFORMIZATION of the cultures...

France cheese which are the best ARE NOT STERILIZED !!! It is a crime to do that : no more taste, no more smell (or bad smell !) ...

If not sterilized cheese were bad and dangerous , the French would not have one of the top life expectancy rate in all the world ...

So, my advice : buy your cheese in a real "cheese shop" , or try to find a non sterilized cheese : it is a little difficult but possible .

Say "NO ! " to the uniformization of the world !!!
