That's mostly because it was in Japanese first, and they didn't bother to redo the animations, I believe. Lol, at least they tried. XD

@rintintinsm In Soul Calibur 2 and 3 their lip movements don't really match the consonants they're saying, but their mouths at least moved in sync with their syllables.

Excacly when both swords clashed in the lost cathedral Algol's soul was awakened and stole their power and he used them to create a new body,thats why he can do all these tricks like transforming his arms into the two swords,but because he used too much power he could fade away like a mirage so he needed to absorb both swords completely to remain in the world.

I think Algol was an okay boss, but he was a bit on the easy side. He's easier than most of the normal characters.

I wish they kept Inferno, Night Terror, and some other bosses we all liked. But Algol was a good addition.
