its definitly unique, so with another voice, I think they should be better.. but I enjoy too much how its sounds when there is not that voice xD

It's a compliment actually, so I'd say of the 3 uploaded tracks this one reminds me (slightly) of the Mars Volta, although MV doesn't appear on your list of influences.
Very pretty and unique.
