  • how size CRT screen?

  • I plan on making a full size console arcade, one with a DC, one with a 360 (Super SF4 would be SICK in an arcade cab), and one for the NES and Atari. Awesome work, looks pretty solid. If I had the room I'd do something like this.

  • cool love me some ikaruga. You do need a naomi uni cab to play it like it should be played tho:D

  • Cool design! I wanna make one like this, too! ^^

  • Nice setup. And that was some sweet Ikaruga playing.

    Even on easy mode.

  • Nice setup. And that was some sleek Ikaruga playing.

Even if it is on easy mode :-P

  • In these kinds of games, easy mode is never easy - not recommended for noobs.

And that's why the genre has become known as 'Bullet Hell Shooters'.

  • bonita makina yo tengo mi dreamcast y aun funciona ^^ deberais hacerte una para el MAME

  • Sweet setup. I'm doing a standup arcade cabinet for my dreamcast with an X-arcade dual. How do you have your dreamcast enclosed? I'd like to know so I can figure out what kind of fans to use and how much air flow I'll need.

  • that game is hard to p-lay

  • como armaste esos controles?

  • pues son botones normales de arcade, : D y stan conectados a una interfase jamma : D esta interfase llama va directo a un dreamcast modificado, y la caja me la hizo un amigo ke es ebanista : D

  • Thats quite impressive, did you build the stick yourself?

  • tnx mate! a friend helped me to build de box : D

  • i've always wanted to do somethin like this. thank you for showing me it is possible.

  • tnx mate , its cool to know that you like it (sorry for my bad english)

  • That's so ghetto.

  • de mexico carnal :D saludos...

  • que bueno, de donde eres?

  • is that an actual arcade monitor hooked up to a dreamcast... if so could you help me with the wiring

  • nice setup man!

  • thnak u! thank u !

  • eh. build your own modular controller and the rest is easy. in fact in this video you have no way of telling if hes using a homemade arcade cabinet, or if hes just got a gamecube/dreamcast/any of the other half dozen systems ikaruga is on, sitting somewhere.

do homemade S.T.U.N. runner like i do and we'll talk =P

  • Ikaruga is only on Gamecube and Dreamcast, nothing else.

  • huh.. thought it was on other stuff too.. ahwell. never looked into it. i have it for the cube myself. i heard it was supposed to be released on the DS. as IkarugaDS. i even saw box art somewhere. but it got dropped, or so i heard.

  • Are you going to post vids of your homemade S.T.U.N. Runner?

  • very nice setup. what part of mexico are you in?

  • tnx tnx, im from puebla, near to mexico city :)

  • cool. i've been to mexico city about 15 years ago and liked how they had a nintendo store. i don't think even the US had those! anyways, nice to see a fellow retro gamer in mexico.

  • Where do you buy a monitor like that?

  • That's so cool! I wish I had the money and the space in my room for somethin like that.

  • teach me to do this so i can double.

  • is your tv color messed up from being tilted? I know both the tvs I tried this with got all purply and such.

  • hello, it is not a normal TV, is an arcade screen, thats why there is no

    distorción in the colors, :D

  • Nice ..i wonder if you can hook up a dreamcast to an egret II arcade machine?

  • hi, yes it´s possible to hoop up a dreamcast in an egret II but you need a jamma interfase(it´s hard to find it) or maybe you can buy a NAOMI system :D

  • Its all god i bought one and did it! best thing ever!

  • Man that is a neat setup, I was messing with turning my monitor on it's side for 19XX but I haven't done that in a while, I'm probably going to make a separate cabinet just for vertical games.

  • pretty cool

  • thanks dude :D
