My daughter owns and runs a tanning salon. This POS Goolsbie can laugh about taxing her, after he PROMISED us all he wouldn't, but that does not change the fact that he has been caught LYING. Tanning salons are overwhelmingly owned by women, and they have no lobby. They were an easy target for Barry to tax.

"I was only chuckling about the tanning salons"? What's so funny? The fact that salon employees are losing their jobs? Small business owners are losing business? Would you find a 10% tax imposed on a "voluntary" round of golf funny? As an Ohio salon owner, I have several clients who are told by their physicians and mental health professionals that tanning can help to alleviate stress and some illnesses as well as increase Vitamin D. This tax should go away, as should those who imposed it!

Goolsbee is a deceiver. All the regulations state it is a Tan Tax and guess what..It goes to the IRS and the IRS collects WHAT...taxes. They label it an Excise Tax. When did the definition of the word Tax change? I think it is unprofessional of him to laugh at any of it.
