  • NO DO NOT LISTEN TO THE TWO ABOVE ME, its more reps for more definition, more weight for more weight. for instance benching 4-6 reps of 3 or 4 sets but just enough weight so that you can barely do that if you're trying to gain weight, 8-10 reps of 3 or 4 sets possibly more, if your trying to gain definition.
