@Addams1x1 Yes, hasbro made him up to have the same basic form and transformation, in order to reuse the mold. If you look at the old 1985 toy, it's the same as the VF1 Valkyrie toy with different coloring

@stinkysnak7 You can make any one of the transformers toys combine if you add in extra holes and extra tabs and put them in just the right position. It doesn't have to be in the instructions to work. It's also a fun time-waster!

i got a question... in the classics series skyfire is an old friend of starscream and then realizes while he was frozen that the decepticons are bad and he switches sides to autobots then dies in the end of the three part series for him and thats it no more skyfire??????????

I like both versions. Being a fan of his classic cartoon and toy looks, I got both Hasbro and Henkei versions, plus the Tread Bolt repaint, which also looks cool. Great review!

I prefer Hasbro JETFIRE than the Henkei version... for me, the other instances wherein Hasbro wins over Henkei: RAMJET, INFERNO, SKYWARP! =)

Hey! I love your reviews, and I know you've been working on fixing the following issues, but I'm going to point them out anyway:

1. You need to talk about articulation!

2. You gotta talk about/show each form a little better. You can't give Skyfire 5 seconds without the boosters and call that ok.

3. Speak up. You have a great voice, and from what I've seen, a brilliant personality. Don't be afraid to show it.

Anyway...those are the major gripes I have..but otherwise you're fantastic!!!

Would you Recommned the Treadbolt Repaint of the Jetfire Mold that's coming out.

If you have the original mold already, I would suggest skipping it...the brown they used on the repaint is cheap-looking imo, otherwise, the color scheme might have worked ok.
