Because the pet store , Might of got a breeder that breeder like Mean or BAD corgis so , you can get with a Grumpy dog , Or a weird one i was looking at the Golden retrivers all their poop was unheathy ( diereha) and they ate it ! When i got my baby girl (dog) I got it from a breeder met everydog met parents talked to the breeder then picked my whelsh corgi Girl Heidi she is 8 , 49 in dog years i think ,

the pet shop usually sells corgis which are breed by false breeders.They do a lot of inbreeding.They let the pups to mate with their parents or with their brothers and sisters.That causes a lot of genetic problems.You might end up with a dog whos going to live a short painful life and even worse death.Also that kind of dogs dont have right corgi standards.Always get yourself a dog from trustworthy breeders and check their family tree to get yourself a happy and healthy dog.

Most dogs do that, you must not own a dog. I haven't known a dog to NOT lick me in odd places, its just what they do. Especially your feet and hands, because you bring in foreign smells alot, and they lick it. Completly natural and nothing 'fetish' about it. *eye roll*
