Neocron is free btw everyone. If you had an old account that is.. There was a billing issue and so they set all old accounts for now to free player and its been like this for a few months..
So download the game and login with ur user/pass.
Just to let anyone watching know, there is a patch about to be released (within the next few days hopefully!) that is setting the faction relations to how they were in NC1. Also sending all factions to there original HQ's ie. NC/TH/TG Canyon. Tis also having a few other tweaks :P Tis bringing back quite a few vets.
Best game i've played so far. Played since beta up to NC2 then Quit... Too many fatals too many syncs und not enough players. I enjoyed up to 700 ppl on one server... good old days *sigh* THAT was intense gameplay not point 'n click boredom... I wish someone would do a game like NC1 just up to date and bugfree..
