Timing for rocket jumps and market gardner hits: Nowhere to be found.

All I have been doing for the past few days is practicing, because even though it may be tempting; you never go for a mantreads stomp and a market gardner hit at the same time. So yeah, always smack from a 45 degree angle and slightly up.
