  • You might want to learn more about the suns rays, the ones that make vitamin d is more like between 11 am and 2pm it is complacted to explain here so more research I think you will find very interesting. and the more north you are and winter high noon is best but in short and reasonable exposures. with out sunscreen and common sense you get a tan,a tan is natures sunscreen. wrinkles comes not from the sun but from a toxic unhealthy body exposed to the sun.

  • @bluesdog88 Don't be in the sun all day. With any thinner parts in the ozone layer, we simply need less time in the sun! The Ozone holes are repairing themselves however due to the stop on things being made with CFC's etc.

  • @upcycle There is vitamin D2 in sunflower sprouts and some other types of greens, yes.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity I have read about some night shade plants producing vitamin d. I think it was one of the the tomato plant family.

  • UV light causes base pair mutations=skin cancer. Isn't that knowledge we've had for over 50 years

  • Also, breathing oxygen causes minute amounts of oxygenation, doesn't mean we shouldn't breathe. Reductionism is dead, fractal biology and holistic medicine is the only sustainable future.

    We are meant to get sunlight. When you take in excessive toxicity, the UV rays have a great chance of causing skin cancer.

  • Ok buddy keep telling youreself that it doesn't happen, but it does. Melanoma cancer is also a result and it frequently occurs where people get the most sun exposure( e.g face and neck!). Your statements about cancer being caused from toxins moving through the skin and that the sun causes wrinkles is just as reductionist, but only without presenting any evidence. Is the statement about UV and Vit D also not reductionist? How convinient for you to accept the mechanisms you only want to. HaHa

  • @phantomcreamer He happens to be spot on with current findings. he said between the less intense hours of the day. he is also correct with current studies about vit D and the need for sun exposure. also correct about immune system, toxicity, and cancer.
