@XpendableHero It fits perfectly fine, but the colors do not match as well. The red used for RTS Rodimus is brighter than Classics or Henkei, and the spoiler is yellow. On Classics Rodimus, the spoiler is more of an orange, on Henkei it's gold chrome, so the spoiler extensions don't match either. That said, it doesn't look terrible.

@XpendableHero I use RTS Rodimus for my Protector armor, I just can't justify paying that much for Henkei or Classics Roddy, he's one of my least favorite classics molds. I think the gold spoiler extensions for Henkei Rodimus (which come with sidearm) look better than the orangey ones that come included with protector. T2rx6 did a good protector review that shows all three rodimii with the trailer. It's ultra long though.

Nice review. The extra envelope for sidearm is a correction. The sidearm figure came in an envelope that still said "city commander add on" , and the extra anvelope says "tfx-05 Sidearm".

If you looked at the movie or the transformers episodes Rodimus Prime is darker than Hot Rod, so the classics Hot Rod is the perfect color for the Rodimus Prime set. In my opinion, the rodimus prime set isn't as smooth as the city commander set even though, i am going to purchase the set he is a lil choppy. MP Hot Rod/ Rodimus is going to be awesome.

i don't get what's so incredible about this. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's very cool, but compared to masterpiece hot rod, i just can't get excited for this. especially when some of the more iconic aspects of the character look terrible, for instance.. his back spoiler looks awful, the arm exhausts don't look very good, and the worst is his head/face.. it just looks more like an imitation rodimus.. anyways great review. i really hope you get and review MP hot rod.
