@airrick16 I know your comment is over a year ago but your comment is what's silly. I may not know much about Chinese medicine but your generalizing. I'm pretty sure not every sickness solution they have involves tigers and rhinos. I've tried traditional Chinese medicine for my cold problems and you know what? it actually worked compared to all the western made medicine in my cabinet. In a matter of minutes my body started reacting which was not what I expected.

Both western and Chinese medicine have their up's and down's.

Hi, I am chinese . For Chinese Herbs , it is better to use a chinese medicine cray pot and brew it using charcoal instead of gas stove.
