IF Marijuana is legalized, there HAS to be STRICT age laws and limits for it; I'd say 24 - 26 or older. My reasoning: Marijuana will physically stop or hamper the growth of the brain, causing teens to not be able to learn well, & possibly lose the ability to mentally mature. The brain stops main development around 24-ish years of age, so that's why I think 24 should be the limit. Of course, this is ONLY IF it's legalized. Another thing; I understand schools being strict, but this is ridiculous.

Dumb shit like this happens all the time in the UK, i nearly got suspended at school for not tucking my shirt in to my trousers but i only got a warning when i got into a fight.

@skullcrushers1000 One of my friends was essentially suspended for having weird hair. He was a crust punk in middle school and he got suspended for having offensive grooming standards or some shit. In highschool I knew a guy who got suspended for having a copy of La Vey's Satanic Bible. Not to mention all the kids who got sent to reform school to mingle with the criminal kids just because they got caught smoking a J at lunch. Public school is sickening.

This sounds similar to something that happened in my highschool. My friend came to school with bloodshot eyes becuase he didn't sleep that night. And he got suspended for a week, A FREAKING WEEK!!! I know I'm gonna get dislikes. Firstly I agree those teachers/principal were crazy and out of line, and had no reason to check. But he made the comment that he should be allowed to smoke pot anyway, which I think is wrong. I heard a story of someone who's mom died and he started smoking again after quitting for two years, and he became a smoking addict...

@Tranquilance It's actually impossible to be physically addicted to marijuana; it doesn't lend itself to that kind of addiction. But you can be addicted to it psychologically, much as you can be psychologically addicted to, say, milk or crackers.
It's not your place, the governments place, or any religions place to tell someone what they can and cannot put into their own body.
