if you slow it down it looks like the dark blue SUV gently hit that guy on the side... cuz the SUV comes to an unnaturally abrupt stop simulataneously as the insane car passes through, as if he hit it, and then he slows down and when he drives to the far right of the screen it looks like his front wheels are slightly turning to the right as if he's about to pull over (something he'd only do if he hit it to check for damage)
