I bought a coffee maker on Ebay and the coffee came out rather lukewarm and I was not sure if that is the way it is supposed to work. If anyone can answer that question it would be very helpful. I know that it brews the coffee at 200 degrees (F) so as not to burn the beans but I thought it would be warmer or hotter when just brewed.
@juangoodman I myself bought the Moccamaster Club Line (with glas pot), and it sure does hot coffee. I also set the warming plate only to heat 3/4 of full effect. I drink my coffee immediately when it's done. I doubt that the heat of the fresh coffee differs regardless of what model you use. The staff at Techni Vorm seems very enthustiatic to make top of the line products.
