Iv heard dr.s say that after giving birth, the muscle sepertaes in your abdomen and so you can never get rid of that little pooch through exercise. you have to a tummy tuck and also they will stich that muscle back together.

I am so on the same page with you (except I didn't have a baby, lol!). I am gonna restart the Insanity workout also, because I got sick and then it went downhill from there! I am determined to loose weight, though! I am gonna try and be bold enough to put a video up of my journey, because maybe that will help!! I can definitely relate to being with family and not being fully committed. We all want to spend time with the loved ones and not be anti-social... It's hard lol. OMG... your baby is sooooooooo cute!!!!

Anyways, definitely keep working at it. It's the time you put in is what makes the difference. Always pick yourself up and if you need to start from the beginning so be it just NEVER give up. I wish you the best of luck and really hope to see you next month :)
