  • This guy is an idiot...

  • what kind of felon carries a gun in plain sight...

  • this dude is just being a fuck head show ur fuckin ID and stop being a fag

  • Comment removed

  • hold everybody accountable? This guy is a jackass, just because it's legal to open carry and it's legal to approach and film a traffic stop doesn't mean you should do it. The cop has a right to be mad and stop him, even if he's somewhat in the wrong, he should at least give him a hard time for baiting him like an asshole. Cops put their lives on the line and they have a right to be overly cautious. His girlfriend is in danger being pulled over? come on...

  • @saabsw: And who decides when we get to exercise our right? And who decides when we are not allowed to exercise our rights?

    You?

  • i love how you stupid people all bow down and kiss a cops ass!!! do you not know your rights???? fucking idiots..... what a suprise that some retarted fuckwit would be on the cops side....

  • What an idiot. As if the cops had nothing else to do than waste their time on attention starved tools like you.

  • you idiot you're completely wrong. The police do not need to have any reason at all for asking for an ID. Just like how officers are required to state their badge number if you ask them, you have to show who you are.

  • @19HAF91 said: "The police do not need to have any reason at all for asking for an ID."

They can't, however, require a person to answer, if all he is doing is open carrying in N.M.

And said: "you have to show who you are."

    Not in all cases.

  • Show him the damn fucking ID. Your privacy won't go in flames

  • There is a video where this guy does the same shit in Arkansas. He stands in front of his garage where the cops did a traffic stop. Then he calls the cops "NAZI". When the cops come and ask for his ID he argues for a long time and finally they arrest this prick.

Who the fuck told you to carry concealed weapon near a cop during a traffic stop?

  • love the "Ron Paul was right"

  • I live in lforida where we average probably five traffic fatilities a second because of stupid bitches driving while talking on their cell phones or texting.. by all means, cite that bitch into financial bankrupcy! I've peronallly almost been killed three times because of this. You're the reason why people freak out over the thought of people carrying guns around everywhere. Your like the damn sportbike rider who has to wheelie his way from light to light and piss everyone off..

  • @odessaboy said: "You're the reason why people freak out over the thought of people carrying guns around everywhere."

I thought people were responsible for their own actions.

  • LMFAO..... Never seen a bunch of grown man fight over something so dumb. I actually agree with WholesaleLARRY, if every situation was handled like this there would still be a lot of people and police officers alive today, this video should be a learning experience for all of us on how to talk to each other and act like civilized human been instead of acting like ignorant fools by insulting law enforcement and egomaniac cops walking around with a hard on for police brutality. RESPECT!!! eachother

  • 6:25 The case would be that felons wouldn't open carry firearms in public because it draws attention to them and the felons wouldn't want that kind of attention..

  • Its Sad The Officers Of Today Dont Know The Rights Of Citizens.

This Guy I Salute You. Well Done My Friend. Many Cowards Wouldve Bowed Down To These Cops. So I Salute You. But I Also Salute These Cops FOr Being Professional ABout This. Great Video.

  • I'm sorry that you think your inalienable rights are so important that you tried to 'hold everyone accountable' by pulling this stunt but think of the misrepresentation you present to a officer. There are so many ways to misinterpret your actions. Think about what you are doing next time. You could be shot.

  • Lulz..... I know he is trying to show his rights in action but this seems like a trolling video for cops. Look how many officers are butt hurt in the comments.

  • Ok, here are the facts.... your girlfriend calls you and says that she has been stopped for a traffic violation so you arm yourself with a handgun and your video camera and walk up on the officer during the stop. The officer concludes the stop and then legally detains you do to your actions and then you argue your "right" not to have to show I.D. If you would have shown up on my stop, I would have arrested you for interfiering and I would have confiscated your tape that proves your intent.

  • @pipercop94

Where did you get the fact he strapped on his gun. It's always on my side, before my shoes go on, and after they come off. If I could find a way to hold it up without the belt, it would be on before my pants. Anyone who open carries and doesn't record is a nut waiting to get railroaded by the cops.

  • 5:00 uh oh, he knows he's rights. Resort to violence!

5:21 Yes, we heard you. Would someone stop pulling his string?

6:08 So HE can cut YOU off and that's respectful?

7:08 That's the magic phrase "Am I free to go? The supe looks to his cronie because he knows this illegal stop is being recorded and they are illegally detaining one of the People.

8:40 Because people are ignorant and scared of you!

Wow, you actually walked away from that? Well done my friend! MOLON LABE!!!

  • DISCLAIMER: I am a FSP signer!!!

0:57 The interaction was over and you should have walked away.

2:21 It would be nice to know how much time has passed. It is odd that he seems to be stalking you.

2:39 THAT'S NOT ILLEGAL!!! ILLEGAL STOP!!!

4:00 I applaud your sense of calm and I get nervous around armed thugs too but say it with your chest!!! IT'S NOT ILLEGAL TO DO THIS! Ask a question like "what is the statutory distance to remain away from police officers with a legally carried firearm?"

  • i would just show him my id so he does not have to give me his bullshit

  • Am I being detained?

    survey says... suspicious activity?

is that enough to get his ID from him?

  • Thanks for being another irresponsible prick with a camera and an apparent police baiting agenda.Seriously, leave the over worked peace Officers alone when they're on a traffic stop, you can get detained that way in a legal sense and have to appeal your arguments to the courts instead of posting videos of your dumb cop baiting activities on the internet.

  • you aren't legally needed to show the ID unless ur being detained. but u have to atleast say ur fullname..

  • @xbox360royalbenefits: Nope.

"Concealing identity consists of concealing one's true name or identity, or disguising oneself with intent to obstruct the due execution of the law or with intent to intimidate, hinder or interrupt any public officer or any other person in a legal performance of his duty or the exercise of his rights under the laws of the United States or of this state"

  • Its risky doing what you did, but I understand why you did it. Most of these people are right though, what if you come across some really bad cops? (lots out there) you could get killed, and then what will us dumb people do without you? Fight the good fight brother, but be wise, and be safe! United we stand

  • Congratulations on knowing the law and standing up for your rights. But it looks like you're looking for trouble and screwing with police(bad percentage gambling). Fortunately for you, the officer was to flustered to think correctly. Otherwise, he could have sited you for J walking(when you walked behind him), and legally looked at your ID to ticket you. Good luck in the future not messing with the wrong cops.

  • You are so stupid for walking up on a cop with a handgun during a traffic stop, it's like saying your asking for trouble. And all this bull about the law. Arrogant and stupid.

  • those cops are dumb in any state that allows open carry you can walk almost anywere and altough he had the weapon for self defense and if he walks near an officer the officer can not stop him for carrying a weapon for self defense unless he has broken a law and\or commeted a felonly. also in any state you donot have to present your ID unless you have broken a law and\or cometted a felonly.

  • bye bye!

  • blahh ha ha ha love this vid. thanks bro for standing up to your rights.

  • I commend you on your knowledge of the law, but I think the cops kinda have a point.

In my state you are aloud to open carry, though I believe you have to have a permit. Me personally, I have a permit to carry concealed, and that how I carry if I decide to carry at all. I really don't see a point to carry open. Even if it's legal, not many people do it, and I'm sure there will be people that see it and freak out. They call the cops, then the shit storm starts.

  • @N0GGINB0NKER: The problem starts when the officers stop a person just because someone calls in about a man open carrying a weapon.

It's not lawful in new Mexico to stop a person because of this.

  • @Pafoofnik1 I'm not doubting you. I just don't see the point of it, if you can carry concealed and not be hassled. lol look on the right of the screen at all the videos of people getting hassled. I know they're in the right, but to me it would just be a pain in the ass.

  • @N0GGINB0NKER: New Mexico requires a license to conceal carry. perhaps, like me, his is not willing to give up the rights required to obtain a conceal carry permit.

Open carry is a right in New Mexico. It doesn't need a 'point of it' . A right can be exercised for any reason, or no reason.

i understand that you may consider it a 'pain in the ass', but it may help to remember that not all people share this thought of yours.

  • @N0GGINB0NKER All these open carry types are just trying to provoke people. I have had a carry permit for 30 years and I do live in an open carry state. I keep it out of site. Not because I have to but because I know that open carry is going to cause trouble. Most people get over this when they are little kids. There is no point in this other than to be antagonistic. I pity these people that have to do something like this just to get attention.

  • @N0GGINB0NKER

Well there is the sweating in the summer heat that doesn't happen with it on your hip.

My state permit is ONLY for concealed, yet the LEO first thing they ask for is your permit.

Duhh, there is no permit, says right on the back it doesn't allow open carry. So why ask for something that has nothing to do with anything. Unless my backup is printing.

Then he should ask for the permit for that gun.

Lucky the cop wasn't a drunk or he could force the liquor loophole.

  • Bothering a police officer armed. Standing in his blind spot. It's already a stressful job and dumb ass walks up to a cop.

  • if I was the cop I would've shot your ass and pissed on your corpse....... fucking idiot just GIVE HIM THE FUCKING I.D!!!!!!!!!

  • Owned!

  • Hahaha I love how awkward conversation is when a cop confronts someone carrying a firearm openly. The respect level certainly changes. The cop is worried because there is a potential threat and the carrier is worried that the police officer will over react and do something drastic.

  • You've made your point, but why don't you wait and video a true abuse insead of creating one? Makeing a situation is bad for everyone who leagally carries a gun and gives fuel to the anti gun people who want to take our liberty.

  • Hes obviously just being a prick and tryoing to rattle the officer

  • "Im just holding everybody here accountable with the camera" ..who appointed this clown head of the "accountability patrol" ?? Poke at the Police in the course of their duties and expect them to pursue & investigate you !! Dumbass !

  • @muzzmann the police are bureaucrats, they work for us, lick some police boots you fucking statist

  • @muzzmann said: "...expect them to pursue & investigate you !!"

    For violating what statute?

  • Great!

  • if that guy says 'on my scene' one more time..

  • This guy is abusing hisn

  • You pull that shit with the COPS in Montréal and you will sure as hell wake up with a concussion and blood surrounding your head when you get up from the concrete jail floor.

  • @pipesrussell Canadiens are not free people are they !!!! They have what their masters let them have........

  • @Sigp229TRT Hi,

Would you care to give me examples regarding your statement?

    Tks.

  • @Sigp229TRT Correct ! We can own firearms but under no circumstances can you carry . You can transport firearms for 2 reasons only. Going hunting. To the range.Handguns are deemed "restricted" as such they can only be transported to the range .A to B. if you get caught a "C" HUGE penalties. Also there are laws regarding storage on and on. Lucky for us our current Conservative govt is trashing the "long gun registry" .google it for more and be THANKFUL for the freedoms you are afforded in USofA !

  • Love the Ron Paul sticker

  • o man i dont think i can argue with the police like that.. however this video is very informative

  • Guys like this idiot videoing are just looking for trouble, why make trouble to the people you are going to call if YOUR in trouble, your a idiot

  • This is dumb let them check your I.D. make sure you have no criminal records, once they check it and your cleared your fine. I understand you have a right to carry and support open carry, but if an officer needs to make sure you can carry that weapon for his safety and citizens around its 100% right.

  • @MrZew said: "but if an officer needs to make sure you can carry that weapon for his safety and citizens around its 100% right."

New Mexico courts disagree with you:

CITE: "...officers who were dispatched to the Theater in response to a call from Theater manager... Mr. St. John's lawful possession of a loaded firearm in a crowded place could not, by itself, create a reasonable suspicion sufficient to justify an investigatory detention."

    St. John v. McColley 653 F.Supp.2d 1155 (2009)

  • @MrZew

It's no different then driving a car, do you think it would be right for police officers to have the right to stop everyone that drives a car to make sure they have a license because a person with out a license is a danger to himself and others? And before you know it an officer will have the right to search your home to make sure your not a threat. There has to be consent wether your in your home or walking the streets with your firearm.

  • @MrZew

But it's 100% illegal. Legality trumps right and wrong, plain and simple.

  • that was BEAST!!!!! :D!!! them cops looking like retards with thumbs in their mouths back there.

  • Well done!

  • One day you're gonna walk up on a stop and we're gonna be reading about you. "Armed man shot by police". You won't be able to tell your story from a pine box. Just trying to keep you safe. Play with fire and get burned.

  • @DaxSummers234

Wrong state, that was Las Vegas Costco. Once again the video security cameras seemed to have broke just at the right time. After they claimed they viewed the tapes, they suddenly didn't exist.

But that is why I train for those dirty cop encounters.

The other side of the coin is "crooked cop shot attacking person walking to store". They have two choices, disarm before trying anything illegal with me, or walk away.

  • I'm glad to see a citizen asserting there rights. I would not do this but I feel if you are gonna continue to do this you should pick up your sack a little bit and speak more clearly with less hesitation next time and be sure what you are saying is fact. You just seemed a bit unsure of yourself. Good luck

  • Fucking cops are dumb as shit. They have no idea what the law is, yet they enforce it.

  • just show him your ID and you can go...

  • @Falc1NL

The guy is standing for something and trying to make a point for the quarter of a million people who watch this. He's not just trying be a nuisance.

  • Videotaping police officers doing their job, although not illegal (technically) is figuratively like walking up to someone, putting your finger an inch in front of their face, getting them mad (obviously) and then saying, "I'M NOT TOUCHING YOU!". It's childish to be honest. We don't live in some police state. I don't fear being harassed/assaulted by the police. In fact, I've only be pulled over 4 times in 10 years, in two states.Only one resulted in a ticket and I was treated with respect.

  • dude teachh me!!! flex your rights its good to see a pedestrian get away wit talkin shh bak to police n whoever talkin shh bout u never been harrassed by fuckin pigs b4

  • you're just looking for trouble

  • keep testing cops this way and see how far you'll go!!! Idiot mother fucker

  • Bye-bye, boys! Try reading the Constitution, m'kay?

  • we like your "ron paul was right" sticker

  • Very good. I could tell (of course) you were nervous, but well done knowing and explaining your rights that they ALREADY KNOW, and sticking to it. Power corrupts, and it's like a rabbit kicking the hell out of a fox when a citizen knows his rights better than the cop does. VERY GOOD.

  • If you have nothing to hide why don't you just show some id, assume the position, spread your cheeks, & tell us when you feel our finger against your kidney. If we don't find or plant anything on you, then you can be on your way. No biggie. We obviously aren't quite sure what the actual law is, but our supervisor said we should go ahead and violate your personal liberties anywho.

Pay attention Americans. You are next. Know your rights. Its a matter of principle.

  • this guys a fucking idiot

  • If you would not have had a cam, They would have beat your ass....lol

  • QUESTION (only slightly off topic): Is it illegal to film on private property? Do I have a constitutional right to use my phone and its camera in the tow yard if they have a sign saying that i cant? thanks

  • @CoinBookPro

You need to check if your state has a signage law. if it doesn't then the sign isn't worth the paper it is printed on.

But the tow yard, if your car is there it isn't private property any more than a starbucks is. You are a customer to the establishment, they could ask you to leave possibly, and then you would need to call the cops to gain access to your car, and you are back to this video problem. I have a car that broke out of one and fled the state.

  • --I just robbed a bank sir, am i free to go?

    --No

---I think it's legal in this state to rob banks, sir. Robbing banks is protected by the US constitution, it's an unalienable right!!! Please sir, I'm not going to lay down my constitutional right to rob banks in this state!!!

  • why ? why start shit its people like you that make officers give the rest of us a hard time. you wasnt just walking along you went there to start shit and thats what you did. DUMB ASS

  • some cops are dicks.....especially when make the look and feel like dumb asses... the one dumb cop just kkeps saying the same shit over and over again... some cops are a joke

  • I thought this was going to be another stupid, anti cop video. I'm glad it was the opposite. Good job sir, I respect everything you did there.

  • this is how you turn two NICE cops into assholes, why would you carry on with this crap? are you trying to get them to change the open carry law?

  • Making the assumption that he's from South Carolina=funny. This cop is pretty clueless.

  • Give a Mexican a job as a cop and they even fuck that up!!

    HAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!

  • Damn these cops were not too bright.

  • Dude, I wish I had the speech skills and politeness that you do,what I way to excercice your rights, Thanks

  • i also exercise my rights and i open and also conceal carry but you are pushing the limits that will create not only a bad name for people that carry but you will make the lawmakers change the law because you are breaking the common sence rules ,, if you want to get shot by a police officer then walk up on him from his backside with or without a firearm dumbass ,, walk up from where he can see you ,

  • @Pafoofnik1 OS title21 section 1550. Read it for yourself

  • @Joash44: What state is this? It would be much easier if you would properly cite.

A search for the little information you present results in:

A CFR for the Food and Drug Administration.

Oklahoma Code pertaining to unlawful removal of serial numbers.

Or are you trying to cite Oklahome Code §21-1550 which addresses credit cards, and not a thing about required to carry identification at all times?

I ask you again, please provide proof of your allegation.

  • privacy?you fucking idiot!you have privacy in your house not in public spaces.in every country of the world a police pfficer can ask yoy for id to check your identity

  • @han0509 said: "a police pfficer can ask yoy for id to check your identity"

They can 'ask'. It doesn't necessarily mean you have to answer.

  • @Pafoofnik1 in my country you have to.if you not show the id tehy can take you to the police station and give you a penalty

  • @han0509: OK. United States laws are different. Here, a person only has to identify himself to officers only if certain conditions are met.

  • @han0509 what you said is true. but if you do end up presenting an id. they officers can find a reason to give you a hard time. even though people dont like to hear that but its true

  • @goatkiller68 what reason man?if you are not wanted they must let you go.is that america or a communist country?

  • @han0509 i know that man. thats what im saying. they are supposed to let you go. but if you give in for whatever reason and give them your id. they will give you shit

  • @goatkiller68 that is sad to hear.even in my country who was a communist one in the past they are not acting like this anymore

  • Exercise your rights. Don't forget your common sense. Most states require all persons 18 years and older to carry a valid government photo ID and to show it upon request to any law enforcement entities when in a public area ie. roads, sidewalks, and parks.

  • @Joash44: I think you are wrong.

Cite one state law that says what you allege.

  • owned !!!!!!

  • I agree as well. Doesn't this young idiot having anything better to do? Always talking about rights under the law. What about responsibility and good common sense. To his way of thinking, i reckon everyone should exercise their "rights", and pack guns. Tombstone, Arizona, here we go!!!

  • If the officer was smart,, he would have arrested the idiot for obstruction. Plain and simple, it is one thing to exercise your rights, it is another to slap the police in the face with it. I hate idiots like him, he will be the reason the 2nd ammendment gets repealed.

  • @arquesh said: "he would have arrested the idiot for obstruction."

The person didn't obstruct according to N.MN. law.

and said: "he will be the reason the 2nd ammendment gets repealed."

For what, exercising a right? The 2nd Amendment simply cannot be 'repealed'. It can only be removed via another constitutional amendment.

  • @arquesh

Fortunately Reid will never get enough votes, he can't get 50 to pass a budget.

  • Walked up on a cop with a pistol... Just another punk kid trying to piss someone off.

  • WELL DONE BRO THAT WAS AWESOME!!!

  • hey rurkoe... your a dumbass!

  • Comment removed

  • @devinsumrall Just because you are too much of a coward to do something like this you would call this guy a dumb ass. You are the sissy dumb ass

  • @YoungLionDethrone i nailed your mom the other night

  • Comment removed

  • the guy filming this is a dumbass

  • fucking lying ass pigs your are not required to produce id just cause a pig commands it fuck you robots it pisses them off when you dont obey like a dog intimidation is the new police motto shoot a cop thats what i say

  • They're like "damn, lost another one" it's good to see someone that KNOWS the law and UPHOLDS the law..The guy has ever right to film state/county/city employees that are on duty in public and working on his dollar...just as you people have every right to enjoy public access areas that YOU pay for..like parks.

  • the only reason police get away with beating on citizens, is that their aren't enough people that will take action like this guy. I applaud you and maybe the rest of us should grow ether a backbone or invest in some brains.

  • totally instigated on the guy filming's behalf.. i feel no remorse or sympathy for you

  • proof is in the pudding, where guns are prevalent in society, violent crime goes down. if those officers were correct in their assertion , he would have been drawn down on as a serious threat and taken into custody . i praise his fortitude and if more people open carried it would be better for society( i wouldn't approach and officer while performing his duties. i would have stayed at least 20-30 ft away.) shame on any officer who believes he has to lie and betray public trust to be successful .

  • admittedly, i believe he was trying for a confrontation. however he DID comply and the officers lied to him or at the very least tried to bully him into complying to their will. the traffic stop is on public street, he is within his right to video tape and police officers need to do a better job identifying the real problem...not guns , but rather a defunct judicial system that protects real criminals and punishes law abiding citizens. many of my friends and relatives are police and agree.

  • I'm on the cop's side. Common sense tells you NOT to walk up to a cop with a gun. It's stupid and you were just trying to bait the cop. You think he didn't know that? It's plain as day. And another thing, why the hell are you filming someone getting a traffic violation? The only way I would do that is if I felt the cop was in trouble. You're a joke. You weren't trying to hold "everyone accountable". You were there to cause trouble, and to film the cop. Be responsible with your firearm.

  • @10com40cal Also, be responsible with your rights as well. Having liberty is knowing what scenarios don't call for it, when it's not absolutely necessary to display a firearm (like walking up on a cop with it), and not being an asshole about it.

  • @10com40cal I believe he was being very responsible and making sure the safety of that woman being pulled over wasn't compromised. So it was absolutely necessary. If you wanna carry a firearm and it's legal, then it doesn't matter wether it's necessary or not. The cop was being an asshole who just wanted to get his way.

  • @10com40cal He did a great job, I was afraid for that woman being pulled over. You can't trust a cop now a days. Great Job@ rurkoe!!!

  • Dude, you make regular OC'rs look crazy you fuckin retard.

  • @187781murk open carry is legal in MA? But if they catch u they can arrest u?! WTF ??? I'm from RI

  • what they said afterwards: "can you believe this guy? HE DID NOT RESPECT MY AUTHORITAH"

  • Guns vs. Guns...it's the wild west all over again!

  • you are a dumb ass to come upon a police situation with a gun, police get shot and have to protect themselves. wrong way to go about this.

  • Notice how each of these cops just sputter on and on and on. Im from Mass, cops dont know one single firearm law here. I should also tell you that i work in a gun shop and get phone calls quite frequently from local PDs asking the most pathetic questions that any gun owner in Mass should know. Here open carry is legal and if your caught doing so you will be arrested for causing a disturbance or creating a terroristic situation. Cops in Mass YOUR ON OUR SIDE REMEMBER THAT. LEARN THE LAWS "PLEASE"

  • flex your rights man! you did nothing wrong so keep on doing your thing, i think everyone should do this, if the cops are going to do this job at least make them work for it.

  • this guys is just being an ass trying to make the cops look bad but is really just wasteing time he should have just handed his id over

  • RON PAUL WAS AND STILL IS RIGHT

  • Tase him, bro!

  • I am all for 2nd Admin right but this guy is just a ass, He should have just showed his ID if he had nothing to be worried about., He is just giving law abiding gun owners a bad name

  • good job

  • Nice job... HIgh Five

  • Props for you Man!!

  • ......YOU'RE A DUMB ASS!

  • thats awesome!!!!

  • thats how you do it

  • Why the hell would you want to open carry anyway. Get a life bud.

  • @poppy1821 It's the principle of it man.

  • AND IF U ASK THEM FOR ID OR BADGE NUM THEY DONT GIVE IT TO YOU......FUCK THE LAW IS USELESS,IT NEED TO BE RE-WRITEN.

  • I agree that you should exercise your right to open carry. However it seemed as though you decided to walk up on a traffic stop and and you wanted that officer to see your weapon so you could film a police confrontation and put that officer in a more stressful situation then he needed to be in. This is NOT how a responsible gun owner should conduct themselves when carrying.

  • @4sark he came when his girlfriend was stopped, its not like he is gonna take the time to strap up or un strap his weapon

  • @4sark I agree with you comment, he walked on the scene of a traffic stop. This guy needs to rethink the situation. He's putting himself and others in danger by not showing his identification to make sure that this guy does not have any outstanding warrants or just committed a crime like murder or something. I would have just showed my I.D. so that this confrontation would have not even lasted this long.

  • all these open carry videos are full of fucking retards. cops dont need extra idiots with pointless arguements

  • you're a fucktard....do that in LA and ur ass is grass

  • @rcnops229 well its not LA fucktard haha

  • You inited this reaction from PD. They should have arrested you for failure to comply with a lawful order and interfering with a traffic stop. Way to go, dumbass.

  • @Serpentsevensix

Are you serious, go to slaughter with the rest.

This man is correct, you don't have to show ID.

    He did nothing wrong.

  • @Serpentsevensix The guy was completely within his rights. He does not have to show his ID. If they had arrested him, he could have sued for false arrest. The cop did have a reason to be concerned though the way the world is today but he did not have the right to detain him. That said, walking around with a gun on your side, though it may be legal, is not a good idea. It is simply asking for a confrontation. I have had a CPL for 30 years and can legally open carry.
