iNoki - Transfer Nokia phone data (Phonebook, Contacts, SMS, calendars) to iPhone

do a backup of the Nokia phone via PC Suite/OVI Suite. Use iNoki to import that backup file (.nbu) to iPhone and import all pictures to iPhone album.

ok i have a question,i have pictures which i copied from my nokia x-600 to my iphone,i gave the nokia to someone else,now i have about 140 pictures on my iphone which were in my nokia,they are all in one folder,now when my computer opens itunes,it does not see that folder and any of those pictures,it only sees the pictures and videos i took with the iphone itself,can someone plz tell me how copy those nokia pics to my pc?
