  • Cubans are way better than the other stuff. There is some few cigars from other countries that is decent, but Cubans usually rules the market.

  • 1 cigar, 15 minutes =40 $

  • whats so special about thier cigars.is it cocaine in them?

  • lmao i just kidding

  • FAKE CUBANS Americans aren't allowed Cubans because of the cold war. and the Cuban missile. NICE TRY.

  • i live in finland and just smoked my first real cuban cigar it was so different than normal cigars just love cuba! :)

  • I smoked one of those once. It was good up until the vomiting part.

  • fail camera, I blame you primarily

  • Yup! I was a poor graduate student and could only afford the cheapest digital camera on the shelf at Target. Totally my fault! I should have gone $18,000 into debt to buy the super-deluxe HD camera at Best Buy, along with a tripod to keep my shot steady. I'm such a dumbass! I shouldn't have let a trivial things as money and the fact that I had no idea what I'd see or if I'd even be allowed to bring a camera into Cuba to keep me from practicing perfect camera technique! Gawd, that was dumb!

  • haha and it was 2006 where even expensive cameras werent that good i dont blame you at all sir

  • @elwood64151 I still agree with fail camera

  • @elwood64151 actually HD cameras are very affordable nowadays and you can get nice HD cams for as little as 400+

  • @elwood64151 Perfect call haha!

  • are cuban cigars illegal in Australia?

  • ahhhhh I remember my father making over a hundred of these everyday...

  • Try a blind taste with a "Cuban Cohiba" and a Cohiba, Partagas, Monte Cristo, Macanudo or any other cigar whose Cuban families have set-up their factories in Honduras or Santo Domingo. These Cuban families in my opinion make a superior cigar compared to the Cubans. Why are they still called Cohibas and Partagas in Cuba anyway since those families no longer make those cigars there? The only thing left in Cuba is the novelty of those Cuban families cigar names..

  • @mayito714 The problem is that in the US... many of the "Cubans" that people get their hands on are fakes, hence the "inferiority." I'm Canadian, and have access to real Cubans from government inspected stores like La Casa Del Habano, and the Walper. The general consensus (and from personal experience) is that the genuine Cubans are much better. I've smoked a lot of cigars, and very few non-cubans measure up as far as I'm concerned, though Gray Cliffs and Gurkhas are excellent.

  • "where can i buy this in usa?"

You can't, because in the usa, you have no liberties or freedoms anymore.

Move to a more liberal country, like switzerland, finland, or canada. Then perhaps you can live a real life.

  • @MrBruceWillis no no, don't come to finland, soon here is illegal to even smoke! here are only rules, misery and taxes after taxes after taxes after taxes.... by the way did i mention taxes allready?

  • did you smoke it and how was it?

  • just got back from cuba sorry american neighbours maybe obama can eliminate the embargo. i think im gonna try and grow my own so i dont hav 2 smoke all my habanos..any pointers id apreciate any at all

  • sorry man Cubans are awesome and the only way to grow "cuban" cigars is in cuba . it doesnt matter what seeds you have its just cuba has the right soil and climate.

  • thanks for pointing that out...............

i kinda figured thatt but reasurance is okay,,, the hardest thing for me will be drying and fermenting my leavess tobacco growns like ragweed. i kno its not the same but its a hobby

  • where can i buy this in usa?

  • Your only bet these days is pre-embargo tobacco. Otherwise, it's technically illegal.

Don't worry, even though it's over 40 years old, it's still safe to smoke.

  • @elwood64151 i do know 1 place its called cuban paradise cafe, located in st petersburg florida by johns pass.

  • any tobacco shops. ask for advice

  • Props for the song choice, you've gotta love Brad!

  • Not to knock your video, but this is an inferior method of rolling. This is called the "booking" method, used by unskilled rollers. Factories in Cuba use the "entubao" method, where leaves are individually bunched and rolled, not laid flat on the table overlapping each other as he does in this video Furthermore, no newsprint is ever used. If this was a factory, the conditions in which he would be rolling would be very, very different.

  • Yeah, we visited one of the factories while we were there. I know it's different. That said, this cigar was quite good!

By the way, they don't let you bring video or still cameras to the actual factories.

  • Everybody knows a hand-rolled cuban cigar is a million times better than factory made shit.

  • hey that factory made shit is still kick ass

  • True.

  • he means hand made at a cigar factory, such as real fabrica de tobaccos or el laguito in habana (which makes cohiba and trinidad cigars, highly considered to be the best in the world)

  • @thecigarcritic Everyone on youtube is thankful for this analysis

  • Thx you

  • i love the song , what the name, pls post it on my comment the name of the song

    Thx

  • It's really easy: It's called "Cigar Song," by Brad Paisley, off his "Mud on the Tires" album.

  • this was wonderful I watch it over and over again the music you picked was great very creative

  • You are SO lucky you got to go there.

  • You have no idea. I wasn't even initially selected for the trip, but got to go when someone else dropped out.

  • Great video. I believe you hugely enjoyed to smoke it. Cheers.

  • Thanks for sharing! Never thought I would get a chance to see a master cigar roller...

  • Very interesting! You took the trip I wish I could take!

  • Communism is the cruel joke, or the embargo against the small poor country?

  • Communism is the cruel joke. Cuba could do just fine on its own, if they didn't have a government that prevents people from achieving and improving themselves.

  • you're right

  • I definitely would have kept that smoke in my humidor for a few years as a souvenir and conversation piece. Great vid, thanks for posting.
