But in restructuring the company post-1984, he tore the soul out of the operating philosophy that Walt Disney built the company on. There's nothing funamentally wrong with what Eisney did in terms of an entertainment corporation, but it bears no resemblance to the way in which the man they pretend to idolise and celebrate operated. You know, Eisner deserves a lot of flack, but he's also the guy who re-built up Disney after Walt died.
And I find him kinda charming in a soulless-corporate-zombie sort of way.
