I have just installed this kit and the informational video above was the best in showing exactly what to do.  The only problem I had came from me not wearing gloves to avoid the incidental ink that can get on you working on your printer. I am very pleased with the product and shocked to see the amount of ink purged by my printer Epson R2400. Thanks you for the product. Without it I would probably have to buy another printer.

Ink Republic is great, I've printed thousands and thousands and THOUSANDS of sheets, prints, you name it on my R1800. Had the overflow bottle which they sent, never installed. Printer now on "service needed" error so I guess it's time. :) Very happy with my CIS system.

It's also important to note, you do need the waste ink tubes set up before you use the head cleaning kit - the 3ml of fluid needs somewhere to go !

This works very well - cleared my blockage in 10 minutes, for the other end of the tubes I bought a plastic covered 'soap dish' drilled two holes, it lays flat behind the printer and looks neat, easy to wash out !

I can't, but you can do it easy enough using the SSC Service Utility (google that)

This is super cool! Thank you! Every time the printer cleans the print head it pumps the excess ink into the pad at the bottom of the printer. When the printer reaches its ink counter number the printer will shut down requiring service. The waste pad will need to be replaced. By installing such waste ink kit the ink will not fill up the waste pad. You will only need to reset the over flow counter with the service program.
