  • Mann!! I gotta get myself one of these!!

  • @DEEPGAMEBOY Yeah, it is a lot of fun. I have a 4 y/o & I'm really looking forward to playing him in this in about 2 years.

  • R.I.P. CURT HENNIG AKA MR PERFECT 1958-2003 !!!!!! AND R.I.P. RAY TRAYLOR AKA BIG BOSS MAN 1963-2004 AND R.I.P. JOHN TENTA AKA EARTHQUAKE 1963-2006 AND R.I.P. MICHAEL JAMES HEGSTRAND AKA HAWK 1957-2003 !!!!! R.I.P. BRIAN KEITH ADAMS AKA CRUSH !!!!!!!!!

  • @AndrewsOpinion15 Every time I play this game, I look at it & think how sad it is that we've already lost all those great talents. What a shame.

  • Oh man, I played this game back in the day!!!!

  • @RobertJFreemantle Who were your fav guys to play?

  • @woodwwad I think the Hulkster, just because this was his "time" you know? He ruled this roost. Though actually I quite liked using Earthquake and Boss Man. So the big guys.

  • @RobertJFreemantle They were a lot of fun, the splashes were so much fun. I found Ultimate Warrior & Ted DiBiase were the two best in the game, I could easily beat the whole tag team challenge with them on one credit & perfect energy. I use to school fools at this game.

I liked playing Hogan with Earthquake, Bossman or Warrior too. Hitting the big leg drop, then tagging the other guy in to hit his splash.

  • sweet game I remember powning dorks at this back in teh day.

  • @NordtheBarbarian so much fun

  • This is perhaps the best WWF game of all time.

The later "Wrestlemania" by Midway was just a cheap gimmick with ugly pre-rendered graphics and a cheating game system requiring you to spend a shitload of quarters like most of Midway games were at that time. *cough*NBAJamTerminator2RevolutionX*cough*

  • @FPietros I would say it is the best wrestling game ever.

I didn't like that game at all, it was booty.

    thanks for the comment.

  • it a great game I played so much when my grandmother worked at the mall.

  • @Diablo9964 I use to be insanely good at this. Fools use to come up to the game when I was playing & drop their .25 cent in the machine, & I'd beat that ass, then like the cowards they were they'd try to add another, to get full energy back. Then I'd beat that ass down again, usually the whole time with perfect energy. This is the only arcade game I've ever been the guy in the arcade that could just beat everyone.

  • This game looks fucking awesome dude! I always wanted to find me a big stand up arcade machine to kit out my domain. I wonder if this is the engine they based the Ram-Jam Wrestling game from The Wrestler. I wonder if that's even available. xD

  • @TabletopTitan The Ram-Jam game looked like it was an 8 bit game, from the movie. So the graphics would be way behind this one. I would guess they used Nintendo's Pro Wrestling for that game, I could be wrong.

  • This makes me feel old.. I'm going to put the perfect plex on you, Main Man!

  • @clackclickbang That's the Main Maniac to you, brutha!

  • @woodwwad I'm gonna tear out your spine, snap it in two, and shove both halves up your ass!

  • @clackclickbang I'd been waiting for that ;)

  • @woodwwad I can see Stone Cold perhaps saying that during the height of the Attitude era.

  • @clackclickbang it could be, they seemed to say any damn thing they wanted then. Wrestling was so good.

  • @woodwwad So who would be your dream match-up if you could have one? Wrestlers from any era.

  • @clackclickbang I would have loved to have seen the Iron Sheik do his current gimicks in the 80s. How about Kurt Angle vs Terry Funk w/ Gary Hart in a HITC match? What about you?

  • @woodwwad For a singles match I would enjoy late '80s Randy Savage vs. late '90s Ken Shamrock. I think that would be a great technical match. For gimmicks I would go for Honky Tonk vs. Goldust. If I could have a dreamteam tag match it would the '70s Minnesota Wrecking Crew (maybe throw Arn Anderson in there) vs. Demolition (Ax and Smash) or Money Inc. I love me some Ted Dibiase.

  • @clackclickbang Have you seen any of Shamrock's recent, last 6 years, fights? He's really pitiful, just gets knocked out in the first round by anyone, rather funny to watch. I've redubbed him the world's least more dangerous man. For a tag team match how about my two favorite tag teams of all time the Road Warriors vs "Doctor Death" Steve Williams & Terry "Bam Bam" Gordy in an hour iron man match.

I know you do love some Ted DiBiase.

  • @woodwwad Oh he's awful. Occasionally he scores a cheeky victory, but for the most part it's pathetic stuff.

I'd go for that tag team but I'd swap out Williams for Vader.

  • @clackclickbang How about Vader and Hansen? Now that would be a team.

I did a vid on my other channel, which I basically stopped bothering to do vids for. But I crack on Shamrock, the hate I got from that was really funny.

  • Your wife is kewl to get you something like that for a present, I don't know if I'd get my BF something that kewl. It must have cost a lot.

  • @QuinnSilver yes, it was very cool of my wife to get it for me, I totally popped when I saw it. It was certainly a surprise.

  • @woodwwad I bet you did, that was really cool of her for sure. It is cool to get a childhood favorite to have.

  • @QuinnSilver it sure is

  • That was a laugh - thanks for that ! 'Big Boss Man' ? Not for years and years. If I were boss maybe the world would make a hell of a lot more sense...or maybe we'd all be starving ;)

That was very cool to see. And bless your lovely wife for that. That's quite something that it was a birthday gift. Tell her I thank her ! That is way cool. She's quite something. And that's a very good thing to know.

Also, good to have a tag team with the Gentleman. I'm sure we'd thump them senseless with words :D

  • @23penguins32 LOL, you would be apt to starve us all, got a big out loud laugh at that by the way. Great humor. Yes, I think you would & the two of you whooped their bitch asses. You like the Spot On slam?

She bought this for me when we lived in Fairfax, so it's been moved & had to be taken to the 3rd floor of an apt & then back down. It was in the Rental Truck that almost killed me, caught on fire & lost the breaks. I'm sure this game had something to do with it & my books.

  • @woodwwad As I can imagine a wise man might say : moving house is the ballz :) I've not had a truck catch fire, but I've been charged for nearly 2,000 (+/- a few) miles twice now on a cross-town move of less than 30 miles (for the rental). That was U-Haul and Ryder. Yeah, I named the fucking cunts. Both changed their tunes with letters from attorneys. Another example of corrupt Chicago.

I don't like moving the sensitive stuff. That's why I want to find a home, sweet home & never move again

  • @23penguins32 U-Haul gave me a truck that almost killed me. It was horrific, the truck started swaying back & forth, then the speedomiter started going from 0 to whatever the max speed was real fast, over & over. Then I pulled towards the side while honking at my wife, she pulled infront of me & I almost hit her with the truck, the brakes were out.

I told my wife after we bought this house, this is where I want to die. I've lived at 4 different addresses in my life & that's enough for me.

  • @woodwwad U-Haul are bastards. That is one company, like AT&T, that I will absolutely (even on pain of death) never, never, never use again. Arseholes one and all. They don't give a crap. Really do not care. They've tried to cheat me every time I've used them (four times now), that after the last 100s of dollars incorrectly over-billed one, I won't use them again. I see their equipment broken down on the side of the road all the time. That speaks enough. I move house in my Mini last time :)

  • @23penguins32 We had a 3 hour drive, so we had to take the rental. My wife rented a truck that was a size too small, so we had to throw a lot of stuff away.

I hate U-Haul too. After telling about a dozen people there to get them to fix the situation & come get the broken truck, not 1 of them even asked if I was okay. It was mega traumatizing, so I'm with you fuck those busters.

  • @woodwwad Shot to the nugget ! The Gentleman knows where to hit home :D

  • @23penguins32 indeed he does. I wonder if he'll get a laugh at this?

  • @woodwwad Of this I am sure. I think we should re-inspire his bitch ass

  • I NEED SCISSORS! 61!

  • @Demolitiondude I bet you do.

  • @woodwwad I'm still waiting on Spoony's review of Warrior #4.

  • @woodwwad Have you heard of the Warrior comics?

  • @Demolitiondude Ultimate Warrior?

  • @woodwwad The Ultimate Warrior had a comic series.

  • @Demolitiondude Yeah, is that what you are talking about?

  • @woodwwad Yep. The line I used is from Spoony's review of Warrior #1 when Spoony was impersonating as Ultimate Warrior. Since no one understands Ultimate Warrior so Spoony just did random rambling.

  • @Demolitiondude Ah I see, I didn't understand at first how what you were saying in any way connected to this video.

  • @woodwwad If a vid has the Ultimate Warrior, I'm gonna use a random Warrior quote.

  • @Demolitiondude Use all the quote you like from Warrior, some of them are rather funny. Especially his interview before he fought Hogan. Classic rambling at its best.

  • @woodwwad Which one?

  • @Demolitiondude I don't know, type in something like warrior interview on Hogan.

He's talking about driving an airplane that's going to kill Hulkamania or something like that, it is hard to ever understand him.

  • @woodwwad Classic.

  • I loved the 80s and early 90s wrestling entertainment, we had real characters, not all we have are uninsprired people who use their real name and have no theme. Wheres the fun in that? If your gonna watched fixed fights you might as well have cheese to go with it.

  • @cptmachine Absolutely, the characters were larger than life. They were basically real life comic books & it was fun to watch. The industry is just sad today, so many problems with it. I don't want WWE anymore, which is sad but it's garbarge.

  • Ha, awesome. Never seen this game before and yet I feel like I have.

It reminds me of Randy "The Ram" playing video games with that kid in "The Wrestler".

    The Ram Jam! BOOM!

  • @Onionkid99 I love that movie. A few of the guys do, do top rope splashes in this game. So you could very well play Hogan as if he were Randy "The Ram" & do just that.

  • Awesome review bro, and really cool Arcade Cabinet, I've seen that game before, but I don't remember where, but I do remember that it was a fun game, especially playing against my older brother. Awesome video :)

  • @unknown4lor Thanks, figured that would fit your contest. Wrestling games were up there in my favorites when I was a video game player. A buddy of mine & I would just sit there & play each other, the whole time doing the play by play & color commentating.

  • Sweet review bro , so very retro :)

  • @Vdecepticon It's a great game. Played it so much when it came out, when I was 12.

  • Had this game on an emulator, one of my favorites, there was another old WWF game on the emulator that I can't remember too.

  • @MApoopdicator the WWF arcade game that was before this had Ted DiBiase & Andre The Giant as the tag team champions. Is that the one you were talking about?

  • @woodwwad Yeah I just looked it up it was WWF Superstars from '89, There was also another one I played from 95 which was called WWF Wrestlemania which is great.

  • @MApoopdicator Is that the one that had Undertaker in it & when the guys would do big moves objects would appear in the ring. Like tombstones for Undertaker?

  • @woodwwad Yeah, had Yokozuna, Doink the Clown, Lex Luger, Taker, B.B. Biggalo and a few others I cant remember.

  • @MApoopdicator Yeah, I recall those guys in the game now. I think Doink used a hand buzzer as a move. It seemed over the top to me. Wasn't a fan of that game. I did play it a few times but I wasn't hanging out in arcades by the time this came out. You say it came out in '95, I was a senior in HS, then & I'd say I lost interest in arcade by the time I was 14.

But I did play it a few times.
