You know that hitch you did at the end, the second way with the easy release? You can do two of those instead of one of each, that way they're both easy release.

The video off their site actually shows them doubling up both half hitches to make an easy release. It's what I use and it has worked well so far...the only downside is if it's a long stretch between trees, you may not have the slack for it.
Is that seriously what the instructions say? Wow, that's not an efficient use of knots at all.

The problem is that knot is not adjustable. I recommend using the midshipman's hitch instead. It is plenty secure, but infinitely adjustable.
