I wanted to say this Dr. knows what he's talking about. I been treated by a different doctor who gave me similar advice for my PCOS-related Fibro and CFS and it WORKS. I have my life back. Proper testing is essential for finding the right mix of hormones to get your body functioning normally again. And yes I exercise everyday as well!!
