Theres no point going to the courts these days, we may as well declare war on the polluters, and burn their fucking workshops down ourselves. Then let the fucking courts deal with 'we the people' ! Allowing courts to slap $5000 fines on these companies has been a long time joke that is now worn very thin
I always knew there were some decent size fish in this lil' river and it's bayous. Such a shame this happened. I think in addition to cleanup fees, Temple-Inland should pay CASH retribution to each and every hunting/fishing license holder in the areas affected until the biosystem regains strength and is healthy enough to withstand hunting and fishing again. Thanks for sharing this video with everyone. It's one thing to hear/read about it, quite another to see.
that is so f'ing sad. is there a follow up video to explain what is being doen to the paper mill? You know when i first read about this over a week ago I think, the fish and game noticed the black water and dead fish but hadn't even spoke to the paper mill, which means it went on for days longer than it needed to.
fucking cunts , just externinate these filthy POS that kill our planet. Hope some one burns that mill down and those POS reponsible die a slow death. Sick of these earth detroying filth.
Temple- Inland has already requested permission to restart the paper mill in Bogalusa and resume dumping the waste into the Pearl River. The Louisiana DEQ will most likely approve the plant restarting and continuing to dump the waste.
this is sad did people at least clean it up.

Now that is shocking. They need to prosecute these corporations that feel they have a right to s**t on the people for profit.
