  • That little trick with the fill light and black looked great.

  • i decided to shoot a couple photos in RAW..im having a hard time uploading the pics to my computer..it says the file is unsupported or damaged. how can i upload this pics???

  • I like greggs too ;)

  • I like greggs :)

  • Have you ever used capture nx2? If so, how do you feel abt it?

  • Jared, yet another over saturated mod, I prefer Greg's in that sense, although his needs some clarity, it's a bit too dark.

  • Is there any particular reason why you wouldn't do an HDR shot for this scene?

  • @nwheatcraft I dont like HDR.

  • I personally like something in between both of them. The whites in Jared's edit are a bit blown out IMO. And Greg's is a bit too dull. But that's just me.

  • You guys rock.

  • Hard to choose... Love that Greg has brought some of the window detail back, yet you can't beat a bit of POW POW POW BOOM

  • i prefer the realistic color of the greg edit

  • J Dawg... i like urs better here. but they both are st8

  • there should be more photos that we could edited! had a blast getting to do one

  • wow...D3000 w/ a 14-24mm f/2.8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now there's someone who really appreciatees glas over the body.

"i like my pictures to go boom" never gets old....

i liked Fro-man's edit for this week's edit, it's definitely brings some attention to a picture that doesn't have a clear subject matter to focus on.

  • @catalystman she was borrowing jared's lens.

  • @pioglfr2 awww....i had it on while i was working in LR3....must've missed that part

  • I like your boom boom pow philosophy

  • Jared wins easily here, much more boom and like the colours too. Could have been a good example of a HDR photo, if taken at different exposures, then the windows might not have been blown out..

  • Probably about as good as you can do here with one exposure. I think im just alergic to big Blown out windows in interior shots. This would have been a really easy mask job too Had she exposed for the windows as well...

  • I the pop Jared's edit has!

  • as always, learned so much from you , hehe :D

  • Prefer Jareds by far

  • Don't forget to put fullscreen on both pictures at the end.

Anway Jared won this easy! I love the fact that Greg didn't pull fill light in this picture! Just for the irony because it worked very nice with Jareds image. Anyhow well done.

  • u should have used Photoshop this time guys!

  • @sauroborsi Why? They just were doing basic color correction, and Lightroom is a much better tool than Photoshop for that.

  • @AkiraMusic it's not better, it's easier. In photoshop u can use a layer mask to recover the overexposure of the windows.

  • This could have been a good photo hdr

  • Good Video!
