I was driving with a group of friends through Tacoma harbor last year, and as we drove by one of the chemical plants, we all saw very clearly a long, dark body that was swaying side to side directly over the smokestacks. It appeared to have red LED lights. We thought it was a helicopter at first, but i pointed out that if it were, it would be blowing the plumes of smoke away from the craft. it was just sort of hovering there. After a moment it took off at an angle and disappeared from the site.
