finally some ok parkour in india most of the other videos r crap actually this video is more of exercise than parkour but u guys will be good im sure of it
PkJOZI is coming to Delhi from the 7-12 September 2010 to do performances for Shahrukh Khan at DLF Saket Mall!!!! We made a video for YOU guys just search: PkJOZI and its OUR SHOUT OUT2INDIA :)
I recommend you dont train boxing without gloves or any sort of knuckles protection. So that you can workout until your shoulders pain and not the knuckles. It depends on what type of bag it is; otherwise u may damage your knuckles easily.
Hahaha, relax man, I've been training punching for years. Infact, I'm used to punching walls bare-knuckled, so a soft bag like that doesn't really hinder me.
I dream of being that good very often, but i'm still a newb parkourist. :(

Impressive. Seriously impressive. You're like the Indian Bruce Lee. :-)

Your perception of body weight is amazing. Useful strength, not muscle. Let's not forget the heart and soul of human movement though ;).

hahaha! Now I know why your flips are a little low (7:13). It's that ceiling fan!
Great video, though! Good stuff--you're in great shape!
