looked up the sheet music and you're accurate as far as that goes, but as for how he plays it, not quite bang on. Great tutorial though for those who want to play it but don't have the theory background. C Major...greatest key ever

you're playing the chorus wrong i've been looking for how to play it right for ages, and my way of playing it i learned by ear sounds more like the actual song. biggest problem is that after the left hand plays B on the chorus it goes down to F, not A. and its actually all the way down the piano. i dont know excatly what the right hand plays, but it sounds kinda like CM, EM, CM, CM. and it's played where the main riff is, not up higher.

I like the way you teach this song-- much better tutorial than the others. However, though the sheet music shows it played in middle C, if you listen to Augustana, the whole piece is played two octaves higher. Why is everyone playing so low?

Which version are you talking about? I think the original album version is higher, the one in the music video and that's usualy played on the radio is lower, though.

there's two versions of the song, one two octaves higher and one that is on middle C.
