I have been to Ukraine eigh times, and I have been to most major cities, including Lugansk. They are beautiful, but I think Kiev has more of them because the percentage of beautiful women are the same, but because Kiev has 3 million people, the numbers are far greater than Lugansk. Lugansk gives more bang for the buck because average salary there is about $200/month.
