But this melody (Bozhe Tsarya Khrani) should be played for the President of the Russian Federation the way "Hail to the Chief" is played for the President of the United States. If I were "American" as in your meaning, I would be speaking a distinct language called "Americanish" instead of anything at all. Yet listen to the very language you are conveying your meanings with, a form of speech of the Anglo tribe and later a language from Angland (England, or Britain), which is mistakenly called "English" today (and should be called "Anglish").

We form the root population of the US & with our German & Scandinavian brothers were are a Tribe. I've even seen population maps where they called counties with majority of English names are called American. My online name is anglsachsen say the word and you'll know the meaning. Germans are the top immigrant into USA.

The current national anthem should remain. But this melody (Bozhe Tsarya Khrani) should be played for the President of the Russian Federation the way "Hail to the Chief" is played for the President of the United States. Although the President of the Russian Federation is NOT the Tsar, he IS head of state as was the Tsar during Imperial times.

While serfdom was going to be abolished during Nicholas II, bolsheviks didn't care much about it, calling Russians lazy pigs just like Hitler did. There also were a lot of plans such as electrization of the whole country, building factories and railroads, etc. Quality of life was also growing, WW1 was almost won and we could have a complete different country now. Without the millions of victims.
