That stomp is beyond brutal. Yuki was one of my favorite fighters in the UFC. after losing against Ortiz he never really had that magic of pulling huge wins ever again in his career. Instead he's known as taking some of the most brutal shots in mma history.

Poor Kondo, he was a pretty darn good fighter in his day, he is very underrated. Watch his fight against Hendo (Yuki got robbed) and his earlier stuff. Kind of sucks he is mostly remembered for this fight.

@Diuable No, and not even close. The father of MMA was Mitsuyo Maeda who not only taught the Gracies Judo - which spawned BJJ and the "Gracie Challenge" - but had a "Maeda Challenge" of his own. Hybrid systems have also existed before Bruce was even born; look at Combat Sambo (1920) and Pankration (BC) for just two examples. I like Bruce but him having to do much with modern MMA in terms of direct influence is a huge misconception. Can't deny his influence on the rest of the martial arts though.

@DESERTFOXX252 Agreed. Bruce Lee was more actor than fighter. He helped popularise MA for sure but he did very little actual fighting. He had a couple point sparring matches and one amature boxing match in Hong Kong. His legend is propped up more by his friends and his wife (both of whom exaggertae his abilities) than his actual accomplishments in the ring.
