Som Tum is my favorite Thai dish tried it in the "Pattaya's Beer Garden" it was sooooooo hot that even I had a bit of a work out on my South American tastebuds...Delicious!

I know fried pork skin is the style in Yasothon, right? :) In Ubon Ratchathani, we mix it with Mo Yo(Preserved minced pork), parsley, bean sprouts, noodle,or some kind of shell. Som tam sellers are very creative! :)

Many people can't stands the pra ra smells, but once the food are done, I promise there won't be any smell and it tastes the best.

looks good, but where is the tamarind and shrimp paste? i usually add in the crab paste including the real crabs also.
i've never have payaya salads with dill, but it taste pretty good with spear mints and/or thai basil...yummy....
