Hmm I can't seem to identify that cistern, don't think it's a Dudley Tri-Shell as the sides aren't curved enough, and I don't think it's a Macdee Rhino either as the lid doesn't doesn't overlap the container. I wonder if you remember what the badge said? lol.
@CaptainLenny I dont sadly my friend.It looks quite an old cistern,also the flush handle shape is quite interesting.Its also made of plastic from what I remember.An interesting cistern though :-)
In one of my past houses i lived in i had an outside toilet it was one of those adjustable trap bowls with an old fashion wooden toilet seat with a high level shires Lynx cistern and funny enough the handle that you normally find on the low level shires Lynx cistern was on the high level with the chain to it lol
Also I love the old outside toilets with the high cisterns,shame they quite rare now.I remember those toilet seats made of wood which was two seprate wooden strips nailed to the bowl lol :D

It is quite bad,I think its limescale.
