Brought back memories! I came down this route a few years ago in an electrical and ice storm. I went around the boulder instead of over the top, because the ledge was ice bound. Got half way across then had to stop because of the ice. Alpine Rescue team got us off the ledge. Embarrassing!
No its definitely the Narrows. If anything you can tell by the view looking out, you can't see Black Lake or McHenry's Peak from the Narrows, but you can the Ledges.
This is a superb Narrows video. I see that the people are climbing over the boulders to get to the Final Ascent instead of around them from below. is this the best route?
being a coloradoan, it gets sometimes funny when people cant handle the altitude

That high up and no wind sounds very eerie .

I was looking for The Narrows in Zion, but this looks cool too. Might have to check out Longs Peak sometime.

We started at 2:40am from the Longs Peak Trailhead. We made the summit at 9:25am. Us flatlanders need a lot of time to hike in high altitude.

This looks like the Ledges, and not the narrows.

Nice video. u must have a good camera because it really gave people a good idea of how steep and rocky it is up there.

U guys were lucky, wind was blowing about a thousand miles an hour when we climbed, and it's not calm up there very often :)
