For wire mode in project 64 do the following:

-Open up options

-Configure Graphics Plugin

-If u have a cross on hide advanced settings then take it out.

-Advanced

-and wireframe rendering.

(There is also a "Adjust game aspect ratio to yours" it is funny)

I did the wireframe one. It isn't a code. It can be done by using wireframe on Jabo's plugins on Project 64. Check the advanced settings on it. You might need to activate the advanced menu.
