I'm sorry to hear about your business vs. government. I sold my company JUST BEFORE the stock market and housing fell, so I'm very lucky. If I had only waited for another year to buy my new house, I would have saved over $200K. Now the house I put $240K down (on a house that cost $550K) is worth only $320K.
